I expect another desperate 'strategy' from them to shift focus from real problems that Serbia has been facing.

LOL the only "desperate strategy" is coming from Pristina's constant whining and threatening to impose "law and order" in the north when even their own people don't believe that any more, all the while diverting attention away from rampant corruption, unsolved crimes, high unemployment, and the lowest standard of living in Europe despite billions in international aid. Amazing what passes for logic in that head of yours :)

I expect another desperate 'strategy' than to 'establish law and order' in the north, only to shift focus from the real problems Kosovo is facing, namely the corruption, criminality within the Kosovo government, lack of economic progress, high unemployment and poverty in the province.

"however they wanted Pristina to pull out of the talks to make Belgrade seem like the good guys"

What are you talking about? Was it Belgrades proposal to end talks with Serbia or the radical albanian movement? Albanians argue and its Serbias fault! Talk about blaming everything on Serbia.

"I bet Belgrade is frustrated about this. It was always there intention for the talks to fail, however they wanted Pristina to pull out of the talks to make Belgrade seem like the good guys; doing all that was asked of them trying to achieve "peace". That way they can claim they have tried to resolve the dispute peacefully and blame Pristina for pulling out of the talks and use this as ammunition on the international arena. Not going to happen!

Let these technical negotiations continue.

Spot on Ian.
After 3 years of negotiations the Serb govt has nothing to show for.
Serbs have grown frustrated with their inability in their negotiations. Their govt came up with barricades to shift focus from real problems.
Now, that the Kosovo govt agreed to continue negotiations the Serb govt is between a rock and a hard place.

I expect another desperate 'strategy' from them to shift focus from real problems that Serbia has been facing.

This lot remind me of the Soviet Parliament where serious matters were debated by communist officials and the applause after every vote. However, in reality all decisions were already made and it was only for show just like this Albanian gathering,
The west would not allow the Albanians to scratch themselves let alone vote on such an important issue.
Give it boys you look very silly carrying on like your voice really matters.
