Ariel Sharon and his Israeli Army massacred over 1000 Lebanese muslims and still he becomes Prime Minister. That.s the beauty of democracy if the people want you as there leader they should be able to elect you regardless.

aSeselj = convicted for contempt of court.
Glavas = convicted for war crimes: torturing and murdering civilians.

Now Analyst, go "analyze" your understanding of the word "convicted".

So, who was convicted in Kosovo? Even Haradinaj was not convicted in the first case, so he has the same status as Seslj (maybe an even better one, he was freed in the first trial). Thaci hasn't even been accused (so far). Milosevic died innocent, too. So much about war criminals running in politics in the Balkans.

It's pathetic that ICJ can keep Seselj for this long without a verdict. Innocent until proven guilty & he has not been proven guilty in this many years?????

If he is found guilty of murdering innocent civilians/torture etc then just like any other human who does this, I hope they rot in hell.

But seriously how can they keep him locked up & also time in solitary confinement for this long without reaching a verdict...

... and is in perfect line with the Serbian Radical Party and their glorious leader Seslj (currently spending his holidays in The Hague).

Remind us on what charges is Seslj being held indefinitely in The Hague again????? No one really knows you say. How democratic of the west – where is their rule of law and freedom and all the other BS it stands for?

Always put brain into gear otherwise you end up with both feet in your mouth.
