We also will keep working towards not giving complete freedom of movement so we ensure there is no transportation of Pristina's authorities to the borders :)

We know that KFOR/EULEX want 'unconditional' freedom of movement and we all know the reason.. otherwise they would simply say .. ok... we won't transport the customs officers and you guys move the barricades.. and sign an agreement & everything is back to how it was...

But KFOR/EULEX/NATO are clearly not addressing the Serbs demands (not even 'addressing' them).. so there will be no resolution... unless a war breaks out because we will never stand down to foreign occupation of our lands.

How do you tell the difference between a Serb and and Albanian? The Serb is standing on his own two feet? That how while Albanian crawls on the ground.

You might want to take a poll of our neighbours and be pleasantly surprised that they all despise Albanians and see them as criminals and thieves. It’s only their politicians who are paying lip service to the west. But not for long and this specially goes for the US.

I know Macedonians, Croatians, Slovenians, Greeks, Romanians, Hungarians and Bosnians that all have said good things about Serbs....... There are those that love us and hate us... just like Albanians.. well we probably have a lot more that love us than you guys but you get the drift..

Duties are indeed to be collected but not used by the Thaci and that's exactly where it would go. What does 1244 say about customs duties/taxes after collection?

well, UN/UNSC/UNMIK/KFOR/EULEX/NATO etc are ready to address any Serbs' demand that is not contrary to the law (i.e. UNMIK regulations). Of course, they can't agree that Kosovo Customs does not collect customs taxes because that is contrary to the UNMIK regulation of 1999 which provides that customs taxes have to be collected.

One thing we know for sure and don't need to take any poll is that Serbia neighbors and former Yugoslavia republics don't want to live in the same state with Serbia.

1244 via UNMIK said that they should go to the Kosovo budget. But you are correct, they can't be used by Thaci, because Thaci is not the Kosovo budget. They can only be used by the authority that manages the Kosovo budget.
