Serbia prepares response to Croatia in genocide suit

Let's not forget WWII, Jasenovac, and the despicable Nazi regime of Ante Pavelic, which Croatia never paid for, apologized for, and quite the contrary many Croats are proud of. Why not sue them for these unpunished war crimes??

Yes, Operation Storm was genocide, but Jasenovac is even a bigger genocide which Croatia not only did not pay for, but were rewarded for by Tito! Tito actually made Croatia bigger after WWII, even though they supported Hitler, inflicted genocide against Serbs, and lost the war. Today we see Nazi concerts in Zagreb and celebrate a genocide via a national holiday. They have not changed, the Germans know this but are protecting them anyway, because they are obedient bootlickers and serve their interests. The gentleman in the link above says it all very well. Serbia should stay far away from the German controlled EU.

This law suite will only benifit Croatia.
The overwhelming evidence in support of the Serbias claim is totally irrelevant.
There is no impartial legal instituion.
The ICJ is a puppet institution controlled by the US and Germany.

I don't understand why Serbia doesn't use the Croatian 2002 census to prove it was Serbs who were genocided and ethnically cleansed and not Croats. Croatia's population ended up with a greater and purer percentage of Croats than ever. It was the Serbian population which went down almost 2/3 from 1991 to 2002.
Croatia lost mostly army, paramilitary and police which were attacking Serbs.
Also, some Croats have admitted to killing other Croats who didn't agree with them - for instance Miro Bajramovic - right hand man of Tomislav Mercep - said that he and his group "Autumn Rain" did kill some Croats too.

If you really want to be correct Tito who was a Croat killed even Chetniks at Blieburg, but the majority were Croat Ustashi and for that matter the late Franjo Tudjman, who started with the Ustashi then when the winds changed converted to a communist, was entrusted by Tito to ensure that all enemies of the new order were eliminated.
Tudjman was amongst those partisans that killed your Ustashi.
I like the genocide bit of Vukovar; you must have a very good sense of humor were 300 paramilitary murders are shot and you it genocide. Or for that matter Srebrenica’ a joke of the 20 century where they have names on the Potucari monument to people still alive and living in places like Sweden, Norway and as far as Australia.
If Bosniaks could not get a result why would the court give a positive ruling to the Croats? I always find Croats a funny people when one of theirs gets killed oh then its mass murder but when they do the killing it justice.

who invaided who? Yes and lets not forget Blieburg field were many despicable acts were committed by Serb Partizan forces which Tadic's Gov. has never paid for or apologised. Why not sue the Serbs for that massacre as well. In regards to the so called Krajina, any person with half a brain knows that Martic ordered the evacuation of his own people to Bosnia then onto Erdut where Arkans henchman bashed the living s*** out of them for desertion. Also must I point out that i'ts not genocide if people flee and are alive and well drinking 'Stok -Cola' all day in down town Beograd and eating 'Krajnski Kobasice'. Vukovar & Srebrenica is genocide when people are brought to there knees and shot in the head. You also need to know that almost all Catholics in Herzegovina, Lika and Konavle are former Serbs forcefully Catholicized. Research the culture, names, language and it will be very clear for you that they are the same people.
I have always supported the unity of the Southern Slavs because that is the way my adopted father brought me up. As a History Major at UBC I had brilliant professors, Dr. Conway an Englishman and Dr. Avakumovic, a Serb who taught me to judge people by their character and deeds rather than by their words. Look at the history of the Serbian people in the Balkans and you will see that more of them died so that Croatia can be free, so that democracy is protected than any other group excluding the Greeks. Read the lectures in a book format titled "The Serbs" by an Oxford professor (name is lost) and you may understand my point. Croats Muslims and Serbs need to reconcile the family feud so that this hate ends once and for all.

The legalities being entered into now are the usual bureaucratic bumblings of such bodies as the UN NATO and the Hague. The truth will be hidden and manipulated until nobody knows what it was all for and they can bury it all. The truth is in the reality and the result. Use your brain, the so called Partizans included Serbs, Croats, Macedonian and Bosnians; so what does present day Tadic governement have to do with the massacre in Blieburg? For that matter; Tito was a Croat and Slovenian and many of the Socialist Republid of Yugslavia were Croats and Slovenians. If you are so bent on apology, ask Stipe Mesic to apologise on behalf of Tito or Ivo Sanadar, both former Communists and very close to Tito. Tudjman was another but he is dead now.
