Fule is playing a cynical game, which only a child would accept. International law and UNSC Resolution has Kosovo as a part of Federal Republic of Yugoslavia. It is a province of Serbia. Fule was fine to amputate territory from an established UN member by force, but now finds Kosovo to be unalterable whose "borders" are beyond discussion. Kosovo is not and never will be recognized by the UN, or all the EU countries, it is simply a swamp of organized crime by KAs. Serbia has better wake up to the fact that the EU is not status neutral. It is all a con job.

“The area north of the Ibar River is a part of Kosovo, which according to international law, more precisely UN Security Council Resolution 1244, is defined as one legal entity"said Fule .
Serbs need to wake up and accept this .

“The area north of the Ibar River is a part of Kosovo, which according to international law, more precisely UN Security Council Resolution 1244, is defined as one legal entity. Therefore, the key public services north of the Ibar River have to be subject to the same rules and regulations that apply in the rest of Kosovo in order to establish the rule of law in that area,” Fule concluded.

Correct conclusion. But UN1244 doesn't mention anywhere the 'independent state of Kosovo' which is allowed to send special police there. In fact, if you take UN1244 into account, the status of the legality of the Pristina authorities and the 'law in the rest of Kosovo' is doubtful at least, because it says Kosovo is under UN administration, if I remember correctly.

"AND one can add under 1244 as the foole mentions it is a part of soverign UN recognised Serbia too!"
To be more precise, Kosovo is defined as part of the federal republic of Yugoslavia.

"IN which case they should all fall in line with Serbia's rule of law which as Foole knows only too well ..."
You forgot that Kosovo is under temporary UN administration according to UN1244, so it fall in line with UNMIK laws.

-IN which case they should all fall in line with Serbia's rule of law which as Foole knows only too well is as part of accession aligning to EU standards - seeing as the North of Kosovo respects Serbia's rule and ignores that of the illegal south Prishtina mafiocracy that leaves just the south of Ibar to be correctedby EUSLESS.

Oh what a tangled web of deceit......

Tadic must act on these words by Fule and remind him now of his reference to 1244 which Fule has weasel like twisted and actually applies across Serbia's province and highlights that its the Prishtina mafiocracy that must fall in line with Serbian rule of law.

Tadic act now or move on while there remains Serbs in Kosovo given the daily evils that we face.
