Serbs’ requests unrealistic, Belgrade team chief says

This Person said in a Video interview that the Kosovo Albanians are trying to take over two inspection Gates which is against all the Signed and Legal Agreements made before, and it is against UNSC Resolution 1244, and it is against the Mandate of EULUX
It is against United Nations Secretary General Ban Ki-moon’s Six Point Plan for Kosovo which was passed in the United Nations Security Council.

The Six Point Plan for Kosovo states that two Gates should be different than the others, and they should Only Have International Customs presence, and the revenues collected should only be used for the Municipalities in North of Kosovo.

The Kosovo Albanian Government want to use others to break signed agreements, and Germany and France are the Leading Continental Countries that have a long track record of not keeping their legally binding and signed agreements.

First step towards recognizing that Kosovo is now Kosova and gone and its time to move. Most Serbs understand the situation, acceptance is the next step

-"He also pointed out that the biggest part of the requests made at the joint session of the four northern Kosovo municipalities was unachievable and politically motivated and that the requests represented political positions of the Democratic Party of Serbia (DSS) and the Serbian Progressive Party (SNS). The 6 point plan which was the result of discussions between Ban Ki Moon and Belgrade but was never voted on by the UNSC nor accepted by anyone else, does state that gates 1 and 31 are to be treated different but as far as revenues go--
"Those discussions will also address the distribution of the customs
revenues collected at gates 1 and 31, which should also, as appropriate, benefit the development of local communities."
Note the word "also" and not "only" as you say.

Which articles of the agreements ? Which article of 1244 ? Which article of the mandate of EULUX ? etc...

Or you leave those details to others ?! You just express your wishes and the others should find the supporting evidence for your wishes :)
