Oh it is unbelievable how fast this fake ministry is when it comes to affected Serbs. Yes, it apparently was a murder, just as when Enver Zymberi was murdered. But here you were silent up to this day. SRAMOTA!
(JohnC., 20 October 2011 17:47)

There has been no official report stating that Enver was not killed by friendly fire. In fact, there has been nothing on this case which can make one wonder. Either way, your comparison is way off, sir.

As HH Dalai Lama has said - the biggest problem of the World is the overpopulation. In the Balkans albanians are the best example of that problem `cause they do not fit in their homeland and try to grab neighbours property - I expect to see their fingers getting burnt very soon as they think they can terrorize others without being punished. Might be that the 3rd Balkan War will be fake illyrians against their Christian neighours as one retired German diplomat had suggested.

How come this "Ministry for Kosovo" has never asked EULEX to find the criminals whenever an ethnic-Albanian is murdered?
=======================

Don't worry, you have plenty of people looking after Albanians.
When the Albanian police decide to track down the killers of all Serbs killed so far and vandals who destroyed Serbian cemeteries then and only then you are entitled to ask that question.
I haven't heard you ask that question when the Serbs were being killed, especially the children.

Well, I am afraid a certain number of them, still loyal to the warlord ruling in Pristina, are both: capable to do their job and willing to do it. Just not as EULEX does expect it - on the contrary: Strictly in line with the "rule of law" how it is interpreted by the "big fish" - as international media call "the Snake".
So, problem is apparently not that they are unprofessional. Too many have just a different understanding of professionalism - and of rule of law.

They might be professional KLA fighters or professional members of a mafia clan, but that 'qualification' doesn't make them professional policmen who defend the state and constitution. It's like in Afganistan: You cannot make loyal state officers from former warlords and fighters, and to create a democratic attitude in a clan-based society seems to be simply impossible.

1. So few Serbs south of the Ibar yet so many victims of albanian criminals. Still waiting to hear of any albanian being attacked by Serbs in Presevo. Perhaps its time for albanians there to get the same VIP treatement as Serbs get in Kosovo.
(MikeC, 20 October 2011 18:11)

You don't need to. There it is the state that does the violence. Albanians homes are ransacked regularly, with night-time inspections, arrests and imprisonment.
Actually it is very telling how Serbia is unable to administer three small districts of Albanian majority but wants to reincorporate Kosovo in its territory.

The truth is that Belgrade has zero interest in having Kosovo back. It is always simply politics to get the votes in the next elections and then teach the Serbs how to blame the foreigners and Albanians.
If Serbia has even a minimal hope in having Kosovo back, they should start treating ethnic Serbs and Albanians equally. But when a source like B92 is unable to do it, what can one expect from the rest of the Serbian society.
That is why there is no way back. You don't want Kosovo. It is just a farce.

"... the Ministry for Kosovo and Metohija warned EULEX on several occasions that personal and legal security of Kosovo Serbs needs to be protected because the Kosovo police are either not capable or do not want to do their job."

So, problem is apparently not that they are unprofessional. Too many have just a different understanding of professionalism - and of rule of law. Colleagues who do not want to comply with this "rule of law" will become subject to "disciplinary measures" as they were common practice in the so-called Kosovo Liberation Army. All of this is well described by Agim Zogaj (see balkaninsight today) - and the statements are based on hard evidence established by EULEX: http://www.balkaninsight.com/en/article/how-witness-x-s-diary-unlocked-kosovo-s-klecka-case
People do not worry: the Thaci regime will not last as long as Gaddafis´s. Not even as long as the "Reich of 1000 years" ruled by another war criminal.
