If any serbian recognition appears i am sure that the north won`t be in Kosovo. albanians want it all, but i have learned one can never get all.
So why waist time and money.
I see no K albanians rioting in Pristina to get the north.

What good would that do? All what would happen is that UK, US, France, Germany, Turkey, Saudi Arabia etc would say "we support Kosovo's independence" and Russia, Serbia, Slovakia, Romania, Iran and Spain etc would say "we oppose Kosovo's independence", then Burundi would randomly come out of the woodwork and say they're neutral on the issue.

Nothing new would come of an international conference, everyone would just say what they have said a million times before.

Waste of time and money!

In view of the "tradition of friendship" between France and Serbia, Dačić continued, France should have more understanding for the Serbian position on this.

France already has a good enough unterstanding for the serbian position after the wars in Slovenia,Croatia,Bosnia and Kosovo.

Having read the entire article what Dacic said, I came to conclusion that Dacic knows that Kosova is no longer part of Serbia, but he is trying to get the best deal for noth Mitro only.

Having read your entire comment (which is repeated on a daily basis), I came to the conclusion that you (and other Albanians) keep repeating that Kosovo is lost forever in order to further convince yourselves because we know that is not true and that even Resolution 1244 still states it is a province of Serbia. Nice try. Now go ahead and write "Kosovo is lost" 100 more times on the chalk board.

a conference on Kosovo? that chapter has been closed. what the minister should do is lobby for serbian rights inside kosovo because as far as belgrade's jurisdiction in that area is concerned, that day has gone forever

Well, there was a conference already. A conference of those countries that bombed the rogue regime in Pristina in power. They decided to grant the territory under UN WSCR 1244 further on to the last warlords still holding office in the Balkans. In return the "big fishes" in Pristina will advise their gunmen to ambush Serbs and other none-Albanians only or dissidents within the own community - but spare KFOR and EULEX staff out. For the time being. As long as the "international community" keeps under wraps what could be hold against the "big fishes" as evidence.
