Typical B92 Albo poster: "Show me the evidence then. I want it here in front of me. Yada yada blah blah."

Don't you think it is better for the prosecutors to hold the evidence till court to avoid a cover-up or murder of witnesses? No wonder crime is so high in Albania. You guys show off the evidence before the trial even starts; leaving criminals on the streets to do what they please.

Thaci and co have to go, just as Milosevic, Tudjman, Itzebegovic, this chapter of Balkan history has to be closed! Lets face it, corruption will remain in the balkans regardless who ever is in control, but the above mentioned fellas took matters beyond extreme.. I know its a bitter pill, but its time the k albs cut loose Thaci and north of the ibar from there statelett.. Thaci is inhumane, if this mentality is something the albanians approve then was it really wrong of milo to send in the tanks? Is it ok to murder? Then if you enjoy it being done to others then why not you? No excusese whether its a 100 or 10 000.. imagine Thaci had the military strength of serbia? Could you imagine what he might have done given greater powers? Just because ur weak and u kill less of ur opposition, it doesnt make u better or justify ur actions

The PR damage to Kosovo is only caused by having those shady peoples like Thaci as prime minister and his 'replies' to these allegations 'I will sue Marty for slander, he cannot hide forever' and similar primitive statements which better suit to a mafia boss than to the leader of a (wannabe-)state. Where did he learn that language? Surely not in the Swiss school of international diplomatics :)

I really do not understand why you're getting so defensive Canadian Serb. I'm on your side on this. Let us indict Thaci with this crime, have him sent to the Hague and put all the proof forward so that he can finally be jailed. Its the only way to move forward on this one. The victims will finally get the justice they deserve. What you're saying however is we should wait more. Wait for what? There have been TWO investigations into this already and neither of them found anything. Let us for a moment review what he is being accused of. He ordered the murder of innocent people, Serbs & Albanians for the sole purpose of having their organs removed. This was done in Northern Albania, in I assume a sophisticated hospital with expert surgeons. Disgusting crime, repulsing anyone with the SMALLEST shred of humanity. So lets just indict him already, present the evidence and have him sent to jail where he belongs. Its no good you telling me this is going to take 10 years because the 'international community' apparently has something riding on this. That's just a conspiracy theory. The international community does not bow to Thaci, its the other way around

for those that want to see the evidence before the rest of us, i'd suggest hurrying up and get your law degree, become well respected in the field, become and international advocate and petition to be assigned this case, or get yourself put on the jury, or become a court room reporter. if you are unwilling or unable to do any of the above, then wait until it gets filtered down to the rest of us.
i wonder how important some of us think we are demanding that the chain of evidence be tampered with so that you can be shown the evidence.
if there is any evidence it will be shown in the courts. before one can provide that evidence to said courts, one must follow through with a satisfactorily thorough investigation. don't cry foul because the cart hasn't been put before the horse. in due time this case will be closed, either with or without evidence, trial or conviction.

Adriatic!

You did mention you suffered some kind of post traumatic brain injury following "your" K. Albanian struggle for independence from their Serbian oppressors! So if you struggled so much where is your evidence of that oppression. Look at the freakin historical facts (accepted all over the world)about Kosovo population numbers for the last 100 years. In 1918 there was 30% k.albanians and 70% serbian christian. In 1990, 90% K. Albos and 10% Serbs. Is this enough evidence for you...Stop acting stupid!
Kosovo organ trafficing did happen and Thaci/friend are behind it! Everyone knows it ......Stop asking evidence is needed! No s..t! You'll get it! But not when you want it! but when Martyr and others decide it is safe to do so! Patience is a virtue! For now...

Well, in my hometown I live peacefully together with people from Turkish decent (and maybe 99 different backgrounds regarding ethnicity, nationality (a nonscientific and ideologic term anyway), religion, colour of hair and eyes and whatsoever... used to live for years in a town with 60% of Muslims ( 99,9% of them overwhelmingly hospital and 90% very tolerant) - so the "tamam" just unconsciously slipped into my comment - I apologize.

If you do not want to "patronize" as far as I am concerned: Do not use "ok" - it derives from German language, actually from the old dialect citizens of Hamburg used. Custom officers (sic!) used it when they marked goods they had checked already: "Oll klar", in short ok. Oll klar should be self-explantory? Well, it´s "all clear" of course...

It´s not me who want to change the internationally to a large extend agreed rules and regulations under the rule of law. What are you talking about?
Time will come to put on the table what is currently kept under wraps. Let us wait an see. I know there is evidence to hold it against "the accused", I personally know witnesses kept under protection. I know all of this will come to daylight when deemed appropriate by the "international community". I do not know when that will be. It is your right to decide wether or not you believe me. And to claim I am biased or I have got prejudices. However, I do not have a horse in the race down there in the territory under resolution 1244. I am following up on the development sometimes from the Balkans including Kosovo, sometimes from adistance. Watching. Listening. Reading comments. They are sometimes insightful - e.g. yours :-))And I draw my conclusions.
No reason whatsover for me to be one-sided. I will try to be neutral, but always alongside with the vulnerable.
However, you may continue claiming things regardless the fact that you always ask for evidence when someone gives her or his opinion (there is a difference between freedom of opinion and conclusive evidence required in court procedures, tamam?
What I just recommend to you is to leave the boat of Pristina´s warlords before it looks like the cargo ship currently in distress of sea off the coast of New Zealand - or you will go under with them. The time will come and the "international community" will dump them. Sooner or later. But it will not take 5 years or more anymore. You're confusing me for someone in denial. Perhaps yourself maybe? All I wrote was let us see the evidence. That's how establishes guilt in a court of law, in case you didn't know. p.s. I know what you believe went on in Kosovo in 1999. Perhaps you want to read the definition of denial to yourself

“However, we must now move from allegations to evidence, which is not an easy job at all”

The Marty report should not have been even published without real evidence.

I hate to admit it but Marty succeeded in his mission to slander albanians / KLA. The truth is almost irrelevant now in terms of propaganda - regardless of evidence the serbs will continue to believe these allegations and the PR damage to Kosovo has already been done and that cloud of allegations will always remain there.

"When asked why it had taken so long to launch the investigation, Degert said that the formation of the team was a serious work, as it had been necessary to find suitable people who had to leave their usual jobs and to become familiar with the case of organ trafficking in Kosovo."

Funny. He didn't say it, but probably he meant: "It was hard to find suitable people who risk their lives because they dare to investigate against these Kosovo mafia clans and alleged war criminals, having in mind that even people who are only witnesses are often killed by clan members.

yes, so you agree with me. let us see the evidence and then have accused send to jail where he belongs. however, i have NOT seen it so i reserve judgement.

p.s. do not patronize me by writing words like tamam. I am neither Turkish nor a Muslim.

Good one :-) ! As far as rules and regulations for courts under the rule of law are concerned, go to Pristina and hold your lessons there: "Intimidation, fear, clan loyalties and a culture of silence have long impeded the development of a functioning justice system in Kosovo..." That´s was you could read in "New York Times" less than 10 days ago.

Yes indeed, let us move away from the allegation and into hardcore evidence. DNA evidence, evidence of materials used anything, photographic evidence...anything. Let us see it now

I think you'll find alot of it was destroyed by the Hague a few years ago on the grounds that it was 'unhygenic'.

@Till now there is not a single name of victim/s.If there is no victim , there is no crime.
I am saying this, because a list of victim/s should have been a public record by now.
(Kosova-USA, 19 October 2011 12:26)

Don´t worry, the truth will surface sooner or later. Independent organisations like Human Rights Watch know about 400 cases of none-Albanans that disappeared after the war in Kosovo. No need to publish names at this stage because it can put people related to the names at risk. You know as well as I do that "the Snakes judges" are still out there.

Doesn't seem to be a problem when dealing with Seselj. Let's have Thaci on trial for eight years with no evidence. Justice seems to be applied differently if the accused are some of your favourite puppets.

Well, it´s "all clear" of course...

for those that want to see the evidence before the rest of us, i'd suggest hurrying up and get your law degree, become well respected in the field, become and international advocate and petition to be assigned this case, or get yourself put on the jury, or become a court room reporter. if you are unwilling or unable to do any of the above, then wait until it gets filtered down to the rest of us.
i wonder how important some of us think we are demanding that the chain of evidence be tampered with so that you can be shown the evidence.
if there is any evidence it will be shown in the courts. before one can provide that evidence to said courts, one must follow through with a satisfactorily thorough investigation. don't cry foul because the cart hasn't been put before the horse. in due time this case will be closed, either with or without evidence, trial or conviction.

Everybody is just waiting that the people in Kosovo dissociate themselves from the "accused" warlords. Time for that is runnig, adriatik - take your choice.

I wish the investigators success in proving or disproving these claims in the court of law. If there were individuals that committed these crimes, have them pay for their deeds.

Kosovo needs to once and for all rid itself of this heavy rock that has been placed on its neck by Carla Del Ponte's fiction novel.

Hurry up and get to work fellas!

For now...
