Each time Serbia makes one step forward, Brussels takes one step backwards, by reinterpreting out of recognition its own critera under the lie that there are 'no new conditions'.

Serbia wins, Rolandi.

Without all the time, money, political capital, uncertainty (anathema to investors) spent on Kosovo, Serbia could, oh, I don't know, start learning how to be a normal place maybe?

One step closer? Can someone please explain? Is it only because Serbia has "candidate status"? But without a start date for accession talks then exactly how does that change anything? The answer is, it doesn't.

This is another dud carrot offered to Serbian voters while the real rotten carrot will only be presented when the DS attempts to sell KiM further.

However, the situation on the ground has changed. We have resistance out of the government's control. The patriotic front is getting organised. Lets see how messy this all gets in the coming months.
