“Framework solution for N. Kosovo should be found first"

Just because you haven't recognized Kosovo's sovereignty it doesn't mean a solution doesn't already exist --- you're just refusing to cope with reality. I'm sure Kosovar citizens would love to discuss Kosovo's territorial integrity after all these recognitions that keep coming (NOT), Egypt is going to be next.

First of all, the offical Belgrade should respect the border between Kosovo and Serbia. The only solution is the recognition of the reality in Kosovo.

A month ago or two Edita Tahiri's political adviser told yesterday to the newspaper Zeri that Stefanovic went to him and said, "The border between Kosovo and Serbia are at the Ibar bridge. If we divide North Mitrovica then we will recognize Kosovo days after N Mitrovica is divided"
And the political adviser said that it will never happend. However Germany is probably going to block Serbia's candidate status request.

What about the framework solution for the whole Kosovo? Shouldn't that be found first?

Pristina is irresponsible because don’t want permit Belgrade interfere on Kosovo ! (for protect his people of course but too because Belgrade don’t accept the independence so any other voice have no importance or right). This is the core of the Balkan problem that Serbia want not voiced but masked on local conflicts, Serbia wants be the super state of Balkans with right of interfere on functioning of all other states turning itself the motor for a future “yugo reunification” or new URSS on Balkan format by political and economic strangulation of its neighbors. The Serbia elite don’t want compromise on a intermediate level creating a multistate zone

Serbia and Germany have a conflict over the issue who would feed Kosovo Albanians.

IMHO Kosovo Albanians are making the samr mistake Czechia did after WWI - they took too much lands from Austria (Sudets that is), making use of the situation, and that caused new troubles.
