They should be neutral BEFORE having people shoot at them. I mean they shouldn't have tried to establish those two posts on crossings.
(aaayyy, 12 October 2011 22:04)

Obviously you are not understanding what "single customs unit" means in English. If everybody has already agreed, Serbia included, that (let's call it) Serbia's province of Kosovo is a single customs unit and KFOR is implementing that, why should people shoot them for implementing what Serbs want.

Above all, regardless of the above, we are in the middle of Europe, not in Iran, and only animals (Albanian or Serb) can shoot somebody because of a border post; a human life is much more precious than that.

Its difficult to be neutral when you have people shoot at you. The first duty KFOR soldiers have is for their own safety. Considering than not a SINGLE Serb was murdered, I'd say KFOR managed the sitation very well

But KFOR should be neutral, while they are breaking their status by trying to establish posts in Kosovo administrative border.
(aaayyy, 11 October 2011 20:36)
This has nothing to do about status, one reason the world is turning a complete deaf ear to the whining in Serbia. Whether you want to call Kosovo an independent state, a province of Serbia, a UN protectorate or just plain Kosovo, does not matter. The one thing that is consistent is that all of Kosovo is suppose to be a single customs unit. Whether you want to call it administrative line, or border does not matter it has been the determining point of where Serbia's control and that of Kosovo is split. Whether you have a map of Serbia which clearly shows Kosovo as independent or still a part of Serbia it shows the boundary-border the same place.
Even your own 6 point plan that Serbia and Ban orchestrated without anyone else says that the whole of Kosovo is a single customs unit. So where do you get that Kfor, Eulex, or even the Wizard of OZ is not status neutral by establishing what everyone has agreed to from day one.

What KFOR should or should not be is determined by 1244 and you are aaayyy, not 1244 which, I remind you, is still in force. And 1244 says nowhere "KFOR should be neutral" so KFOR cannot break something that is not written in 1244. Of course, it's breaking you wishes, but who cares about that.

That's likely, it would be hard for some Serbs to admit that a group of Serb criminals/smugglers from the North started the incidents by attacking KFOR forces. It would mean that claims from Pristina are at least partially true about the criminal groups in the North.

That's not what your lot said when the Vetevendosje protesters were shot and killed in Pristina a few years back.

That was UNMIK, not KFOR. As ususal the pro-serb is totally ignorant of what happens in Kosovo.

Yes, everyone knows it was UNMIK but does that make any difference? Both were/are involved in supposedly stabilizing Kosovo. Your point?

Well, you have to hand it to this pinnochio. He can hold a straight face when addressing reporters and cameras. Why in the world would it be a state secret as to what happened at a Serbian border crossing? Could it be that the Serbian population would not like what the truth is? Could it be that the Serbian people would totally reject anything to do with the EU, and these DS lapdogs would lose their meal tickets? Absolutely deploreable.
