The Croats live in a parallel universe. They've never done anything wrong. They have a lovely coastline, and everyone's just desperate to visit them. All Europe adores them and their advanced European civilisation. Except that their nationbuilding ambitions once began at the gates of Jasenovac. And finished with the burning and shelling of Knin. Their brand of nationalism meant the eviction of the indiginous Orthodox Serb population. No war criminals to prosecute because they don't exist. Only heroes of the homeland war. If the Nazi's had won the second world war they would have been celebrating in 1941. No national question to resolve there then. Right.

open up and say ah, number 2 coming down your throats.
Nothing would surprise me with the current croatian govennment, (used only as more truthfull words would get me censored)

The EU is "concerned"... oh wow, concerned..

They are not 'gravely' or 'seriously' concerned so it just means Brussels are saying something to simply look like they care.. nothing will be done and no pressure will be put on Croatia to rescind the decision.
