Let's hope the voters will lead the HDZ to the past where it belongs and out of the government, for the sake of all Croatians.

A prime minister who is praising convincted war criminals is on the same level as the SNS in Serbia who still has an alleged war criminal as its leader. If you don't have anything else to be proud of than your 'national identity' based on war crimes, then your country doesn't have a future, sorry.

You can't reason with liberals that think surrendering your national identity is "progressive". The HDZ , faults and all,represents both the past and future of a Croat people. Pro-EU liberals represent soulless individuals without any identity other than what they ape from Hollywood or Western NGOs in a laughable attempt to citizens of a rotting empire whose "Madonna" is no longer the Mother of God but a blasphemous,tasteless American who sings like goat.

Maybe it's what Croats want.

Miss PUSIC without HDZ you would be now speaking Serbian, celebrating Christmas sometime in January and taking orders from convicted war criminal Vojislav SESELJ.

I pray that Ms. Pusic is correct in her analysis of the Croatian political scene, for the sake of not only the future of Croatia, but also the future of reconciliation with Serbia and stablility in the region. A healthy enlightened relationship between Serbia and Croatia is the only path to a healthy progressive Balkan region. The HDZ represents hate and destablization. It's time to look forward in the 21st Century.
