i'm sorry tom, but pride parades does not constitute a freedom of speech or expression according to the definition under article 19. preventing such parades is also acceptable if the hosting nation/city feels that it is national security risk, a public order risk, or a public health and morals risk. morals is the catch there.
that being said, i wonder if in lazybrook you've read anything about the nyc police stiffling public gatherings of free speach and opinion against wall street? have you perhaps read the twisted one sided slanderous commentary by the press? have you perhaps seen the over-the-top violence used by the nyc police as they attack peaceful protesters with pepper spray and physical violence? let me guess for you... nyc is going to use one of the above mentioned clauses to revoke a true and very needed movement of speach... hmm.. hows does that left shoe feel on the right foot?

Nobody, except Serbs themselves:

it appears we're all in the same boat.

No impunity? Is she crazy? Why is Obradovic still out of jail? When will Serbia stop violent homophobes making threats from preventing freedom of speech, association, assembly, and protest for minorities.

Does it mean Serbia is giving up the idea of 'Kosovo is Serbia', because corruption is the #1 state policy in this province? :)
