Nah, don't need that. I think it is sufficient if every mole hole in Serbia hosts a Russian missile and the Raska-Zvecan railroad is sold to RZD. Of course, RZD would need proper force to protect the Russian State property against these unruly Serbian hooligans of North Kosovo, that means full deployment of the Russian army along the railroad till Zvecan, Serbian hooligans and criminals need to be taken seriously.
Some members of UNSC will cry out loudly against that, but they want to have law and order in Kosovo, so their wish will be granted.
All Russia can say: "sosumi".
And all that is just a question of money, well, for how much the Zeleznice Srbije is going to sell that piece of track? ;-) Currently it brings nothing, only expenses. Let professionals handle the track and professionals handle the Kosovo problem, so it would degrade to merely an "issue", not a problem anymore.
We would see some funny act in the skies - snake mounting a pigeon and flying fast in western direction.
