I am afraid Arn, you may well be wrong. It could join and Brussels wouldn't even notice though the price of cigarettes and drugs would drop. Am Waiting for Djukanovic to name himself Djukmenbashi and have a golden statue mounted on tall column in the center of Podgorica, permanently facing Brussels.
