"With all objections we have to EULEX, even KFOR’s work we should stick to realistic ideas and we should look for a solution within reality"

Reality is overrated.

So Serbia wants international intervention in Kosovo to protect the Serbian minority from abuse of their civil rights while at the same time refusing to defend the rights of Serbia's LGBT citizens to peacefully assemble, protest, petition, and speak on the streets of Serbia's capital?

When Serbia gets serious (and it isn't - why is Obradovic NOT in prison now and how many extremist anti-Gays are going to jail over their terroristic threats against freedom of expression for LGBT Serbians? - my guess zero.) about protecting the rights of its' own minorities in Belgrade, then it has more credibility to complain about bad treatment of its group in areas where it is a minority.

Serbia's actions towards its' minority in Belgrade does not help its' case vis a vis the Serbian minority in Kosovo.

"If these missions withdrew, Serbs would be left to the mercy of Kosovo Liberation Army (KLA) commanders, some of them are now ministers in Hashim Thaci’s government,” Mihajlović added.

Many times I wonder if I should laugh or cry when Serb politicians talk. Every day we hear that Kosova is Serbia, and only if no Internationals were there, they will take it back. Now we hear their wish is better to have as much as possible of International missions, otherwise if they are not there, Serbia cannot do squat.
