“The government has also requested from EULEX and KFOR to operate in accordance with status neutral stipulations of the UN Security Council Resolution 1244,”

Absolutely, as soon as the Government can point out the paragraph of 1244 that stipulates the "status neutral" (please use the Arabic, Chinese, English, French or Russian versions of 1244 - not the Serbian one)
(icj1, 30 September 2011 00:26)

EULEX works under the general framework of United Nations Security Council Resolution 1244 and has a unified chain of command to Brussels.

Working under the umbrella of 1244 means nothing because Kosovo's declaration is legal; this was affirmed by the International Court of Law. EULEX members are just carrying out their duties which was agreed with Kosovo and Serbia about bringing rule of law. You see the umbrella of bringing "rule of law" or "justice" can fit into anything...hello "status neutral(ity)".

Thanks,

Why the Serbian government did not call for an investigation when the KPS man, Enver Zymberi, was murdered? I repeat, murdered!

This selective perception of the Serbian government is so hilarious
