Oh how convenient! It really makes me laugh when the likes of Agim think that the fact he committed suicide mean there is no suspicion. Even if he did kill himself, God knows what kind of threats he was getting to make himself do so.

Maybe it has a good thing, in the end: Zogaj's family might think of vendetta against Limaj and/or people allegedly responsible for his 'suicide'- the Kosovarian way of how justice works.

"The death of witnesses in the case of Albanian war crimes committed is a regular occurrence. Suicide my arse! Zogaj, or “Witness X", family believes he was killed."

Typical Albanian democracy. Sooner or later pristina will turn on their liberators and show their true colors. Radical islamists... "Fort Dix" is an example of the near future.

"Earlier this year, in June, a 200 page document containing the testimony of Witness X was leaked to a Kosovo newspaper. In the newspaper’s account of the document, Witness X was quoted as saying that Fatmir Limaj had ordered him to execute the then KLA commander Blerim Kuci, who is today mayor of Suhareka, in the Kosovo war."

"The document was published in the Pristina daily newspaper Koha Ditore and also contained alleged testimony about tortures and murders of prisoners held at the Klecka camp which was set up by the Kosovo Liberation Army in 1998. Witness X had also testified in 2010 in several sessions in front of EULEX prosecutors handling the case, the newspaper claimed the document showed."

''That's how it works with mafia: Break the omerta, you will be killed, and the others are in fear. Limaj, the mate of Thaci and member of the same political party, did a good job. And soon these clowns will talk again about 'establishing law and order' in the North.

LoL, omerta is not even an albanian thing, it is rather italian, and ''besa'' has nothing to do with ''omerta''... but still, a traitor is a traitor...

Thank god the autopsy report is out and it was confirmed that he had committed suicide. As I recall the other day, one Serb comment said that he was shot 12 times behind his head.To shot somebody in the head , all it takes one shot and the person is dead, and there is no need for 12 bullets.

Killing prisoners of war is a war crime under the 1949 Geneva Conventions and customary international law; on a par with killing civilians.

Yep. Albanian "law and order". Supported and enforced by the United States, Germany, England, and France. No wonder these people voluntarily give themselves up to the Hague when they know they've already silenced all potential witnesses.

Imagine how scared the witnesses against demons who took organs from Serbs must be.
No wonder Marty isn't talking.
That's why they can't find Albanians guilty of anything. They kill all the witnesses so there is no proof.
It's easy to say "show us proof" and pretend your guys are angels when people are either too scared to talk or end up dead.
How about you virtuous Albanians speak against all these witnesses getting killed? No that's not going to happen because then you would be exposed as the supporters of these monsters.
You are praying that all witnesses either change their minds or are murdered.

Just so we all know: Limaj is accused of having ordered the death of two Serbian military officers caught. Whatever this is, it isn't killing civilians
