Fair post Nikshala whether he was killed or killed himself isn't really the point, as he may have committed suicide not just due to (peer) pressure but because of threats upon him or his family.

Either way as you conclude something is seriously wrong as you point out. There are far too many cases like these to be just chalked up as an unfortunate accident of whom the individual just happened to be involved in testifying against a suspected war criminal.

You are probably right about Albanians (or others) condoning any murder (or execution) of combatants. Yet at the same time I don't fully agree. For example even though the Bytyqi brothers were from a Serbian perspective mercenaries and were murdered as armed combatants it is important to fairly investigate their killing. If it is true that they were executed then punishment must be carried out.

As you know the Serbian war crimes court has charged 'Guri' Radosavljevic and a number of others, even if he is on the run. Although you can be certain that sympathy for the Bytyqi brothers in Serbia is far from high, there is no anger / outrage that Serbs are being sought / prosecuted for this (alleged) crime.

I think its important to not be too cynical about people supporting certain types of war crime.

There is a lot of blurry information about this whole case - apparently the charges relate to the killing of 4 serbian paramilitaries that were held in that place. If that is the case, it is possible that this witness came under extreme pressure from his family and friends and was probably called a traitor and so commited suicide as reported, since - and i am going to be honest here - no albanian will support criminial proceedings against any KLA fighter for the kiilling of serbian Paramilitaries / military personel, even if it was execution and thus a war crime.

If they were civilians then it would be a different story. Nonetheless, something went wrong here and if this witness was actually killed, I can't wait to see Limaj and others in jail.

Dear Albanians, this is precisely why Dick Marty will not disclose his sources no matter how much you claim he is bluffing.
EULEX investigating this is not safe for any witnesses and until a credible body can do it, Dick should stay silent.

Who says it was the KLA? You don't think the Germans are capable of doing their own dirty work? Lets review; who shot at Serbian protesters two days ago? Who precipitated the dismemberment of Yugoslavia and the removal of Serbs from their ancestral lands through the recognition of Croatia's illegal secession from Yugoslavia? Who exterminated, proportionally, more Serbs (directly and by empowering the Croatians) than any other nationality except the Jews during WWII? Who manipulated the Austrians (basically, Germans themselves) into a colonial war with Serbia in order to facilitate their own, far greater, colonial ambitions? Just sayin'

I truly don't see what the problem is here. The guy must have slipped on a leaf in the park and hit his head on the grass and died all while being protected by the Hague and German intelligence. There is no conspiracy here at all. It just indicates and shows that Albanians are clumpsy people and cannot look after themselves. That is pretty much the same case for all other protected Albanian witnesses that died in car accidents. They were clumsy when driving the car and had a car accident. To suggest that there is a conspiracy for all these deaths of protected witnesses is like saying Kosovo is Serbian!

Michael

The West's motive in trying to amputate Kosovo from Serbia is obvious: its extensive raw material and mineral wealth, and a colossal Camp Bondsteel in an advantageous position strategically in Southeastern Europe. A new "nation" of the West's creation means a convenient colony for their military interests. However, what is truly bizarre is Belgrade's continuous kneeling before Brussels as the EU laughs at them behind closed doors. The 21st Century will belong to BRIC, not the EU.

This is embarrassing but I guess nobody will care again. This is how the inconvenient truth is hidden. I am disgusted that people from my country are involved in protecting blood thirsty murderers. Well, in my book if you protect a killer, you are equally guilty for you obviously condone the murderer's killings. Shame on all these people. They are nothing but garbage.

Seriously (at least according to potential propaganda sources) is it commonplace for some Albanians to silence or administer a serious form of assault against their compatriots who are traitors or perceived traitors or is it more common for some Albanians to simply reject or ostracize their compatriots who they consider to be sell-outs? I'd like to find out.

How interesting. The man apearently hung him self in a park in Germany. Well lets evaluate this. Germany working with lap dogs in Pristina. Man was to testify against a war criminal for crimes against Serbs by KLA criminals. Oh well dead people can't testify, so the criminals go free. Smells fishy.

Some people will do anything to keep the truth from being revealed officially. There are so many logical questions any sane person could ask about this tragic crime, but we keep repeating ourselves over and over again. Somebody has a list of witnesses and apparently this list has been obtained by individuals who have interests at stake and so anybody on that list has to be silenced at all costs. The kangaroo court in The Hague should start protecting people and figuring out how this list got lost and ended up in the hands of wrong people. Unfortunately the kangaroo court in The Hague is not interested in that for it has to follow and implement the agenda of the power that be and this criminal organization decided to make and rewrite history to its own false glory and to demonize those who opposed and oppose them.

Did he "fall down the stairs" in the park of "have an accident in the kitchen"? German parks are know to be notoriously dangerous.

EULEX and its sponsors can't even protect its witnesses Germany, let alone in Kosovo. I hope Marty hasn't given EULEX any sensitive data yet as it will otherwise surely in Thaci's hands who I must also congratulate on humiliating his own masters in Berlin so publicly. What a PR master stroke

Those few brave albanians who dare to stand up to the terrorist bandits in Pristina are taken out one by one. Its a shame that the international community cannot give them proper protections from the claws of terrorist uck. I pray to God that this ganster is sentenced to life for his crimes, however, if american can affect the outcome he will be set free very soon.

Hardly surprising. break the mafia code of omerta and pay for it with your head. When you allow a criminal clan to rise to the seat of government aided and abetted by the West, there is nothing that will stop them silencing their critics. This is a dangerous mob you're dealing with. A noxious mix of rabid Albanian nationalism and crime. Once the genie has left the bottle it will be virtually impossible to put it back in again.
