You should start by learning more words and synonyms, and then use them to rearrange things in your head. Right now, you have a long way to go.

It is very difficult for somebody like me in the US to fathom Serbian politics, but one thing is very clear. No matter how Serbia regains authority over its heart in Kosovo, they are going to have to deal with Albanians there. This is going to require some kind of international assistance to do it peacefully. Serbia's struggle now is to make it clear to the international community there that there is absolutely nothing that they are going to do to make Serbia recognize Kosovo as an independent state. At the same time, Serbia has to make it clear to those same people that they are interested in a peaceful solution to the problem of Albanian existence in Kosovo.

While it is easy to see that different Serbian political parties are bound to see different approaches to regaining Kosovo, I don't see that anyone is willing to surrender it. Serbian political parties should argue amongst themselves about strategies and no one will see this as Serbian weakness on the issue, but rather a strength.

"While (Foreign Minister) Vuk Jeremić was handling the policy, we had a crawling recognition of independence, but today when Stefanović is handling the policy we have an express recognition of independence," DSS Spokesman Petar Petković told a press conference on Monday.

You are right about recognitions and Vuk keeping extremely quit. The best is yet to come, from the likes of Egypt,South Africa, Libya, etc...
