Pride Parade not condition for EU – EU rep

Head of the EU Delegation to Serbia Vincent Degert has said that holding of gay Pride Parade is not a condition for Serbia’s EU accession.

While the Pride Parade is not an entry condition, the Serbian flag must become a rainbow one and the national anthem must be changed to "It's Raining Men" before Serbia can enter the EU, according to sources in Brussels.

This is getting ridculous. Might as well make eating Brussels sprouts, French escargot and German saussages preconditions for EU entry too ......
