I would not worry about the cement. I hope they make high walls around themselves so Kosova government does not have to spend money on manpower to look out for illegal smuggling. I remember when ROSU sealed the border, the the hospital officials were crying murder, now has over a week and not a single cry!?

You are absolutely right. The Snake never thought that the Serbs would even help him in sealing the border :) so that everything can only pass through the border posts where there are Kosovo customs officers.

The really funny thing here is there is a huge amount of accusations of criminal activity of the Albanians here and corruption without proof on this site, then there is a huge amount of proof of criminal activity and corruption of the Serbs on the site. Go figure!
