Serbia should close all EU traffic through its territory or at least charge an exorbitant fees for using its roads. (Some EU countries charge tansit fees.)

Let's see, Serbia might respond to Kosovo's moves by setting up customs points and deploying customs and police officers along its side of the border ... But they're already there. Or he thinks the locals (Albanians) should set up roadblocks while the Serb police keep watch? That doesn't sound right, either. Or close all border crossings, like Hoxha did in Albania, with shoot-to-kill orders for the border guards? Please, nobody (in Europe) does that anymore.

What are Mr,Dacic & the Serbian political elite thinking? That the Kosovare government together with it's allies & the international community aren't aware of the strategy the Serb's are trying to use.
It,is the same policy the Slobodan Milosevich used,but with a democratic smoke screen and democratic voice now!The Serb's now know that Serbia's Mig 21's and T72 Tank's are no longer available for their use against the true Democratic pursuing Albanian inhabitant's of Kosovo,which tru out history since ancient times have been the majority in Kosovo(Dardania). Slobodan Milosevich,already used that policy of military force 300,000 dead in Bosnia,70,000 dead in Croatia,and then in Kosova over 10,000 Albanian's dead 750,000 forced out of Kosovo,trying to make the Albanian's appear as they were terrorist's,in their own land,in their own home's,and trying to use the pretext,of protecting the Serb minority to no avail,while in fact,trying to create a greater Serbia,at the sacrifice of the non Serb population of frm,Yugoslavia!But,thank God with the collapse of the soviet union,the Victorious democratic nation's put a end to that type of policy that,Serbia had tried to pursue. Now the Serbian politician's are trying to use something that is completely new to them & Serbia,the theme of democratic mean's of achieving Serbia's interest's. But it still equal's a,greater Serbia! And still at the cost & sacrifice of the majority Albanian population & territory of Kosova. But without the use of thier military hardware to do the job because they quite frankly know it is useless to them. Nato & the Democratic nation's of planet Earth let that be known in 1999. The true Democratic country's also let it be known in 2008 that KOSOVO was now a Independent which would include all of it's territory and with,partition of any part of (Kosova) being ruled out & completly out of the question. But if let's say for a hypothetical purpose that partition was on the table,have Serbian politician's along with Mr,Dacic taken into consideration of a final geographical outcome in the Balkan's? Serbia's political elite should not forget about,the situation of,Vojvodina and it's Hungarian population? The situation with,Macodonia and Greece and were 45% which is a more accurate number of the Albanian population in Macodonia?,The situation of Montenegro,and it's Albanian inhabitant's there also? I can point out a lot more of what Serbia should have considered. The Serbian political elite along with,Mr Dacic are probably,calculating that they can carv out the mineral rich part of Kosovo away from the Albanian's,only to attach to Serbia proper in the future,except this time for thier option they want to use the theme of democracy as thier tool of choice to acheive thier goal,since the military option won't work even the Serb's understand that now! Serbian politician's will fail in this attempt also. The only thing that the Serb's are going to have to stomach is,that they will have thier right's as outlined in the Attissary plan like all inhabitant's in Kosovo,nothing more then that,even the option of Autonomy for the northern part of Kosovo will be ruled out,how can it be ruled in? Serbia of course stripped Kosovo of it's Autonomy in 1989 . Mr Dacic,should be careful in using the threat of the Albanian's of southern Serbia as a tool to be used by Serbia,they can very quickly see before thier eye's that they will also lose that part of southern Serbia proper. To be blunt,the Albania's of Kosovo & the world power's aren't going to let Serbia play these game's to Serbia's benefit & interest's,it aint happening so smell the coffee and wake up or,Serbia with this policy of trying to partition Kosovo with this new tool of,democratic mean's is, risking it's witnessing of the,expedited integration of the,Independent Kosovo along with the other country's of the region(ALBANIA,CROATIA,MONTENEGRO,MACODONIA) into a full member of the E.U. & NATO structures,while totally isolating Serbia from the same privilege,it will cause only pain and hardship's to it's own Serb population. Too late for that my friend... If Serbia had fought the right way to win the hearts and minds of Albanians in Kosovo, it would have won. But Serbia choose the force and, unsuprisingly lost. Now its a matter to cut the losses. Not sure if the 7M Serbs in Serbia would like to be hostage of the 100k Serbs in Kosovo, for something the 7M don't have any benefit from, regardless of how it goes.

Since Kosove declared independence what has the Serb government achieved?
They came out with statements of how they're going to do this and that and how Kosovo can't do x and y.
And, of course, Serb diaspora bought it. But, really, what have they achieved???

Why Quebec does not declare independece from Canada ? Because, for now, they think it's better not to be independent. Why did Kosovo declare independence from Serbia ? Because, for now, they think it's better to be independent. Serbia choose to simply ignore that. Serbia just want Kosovo to be under Serbia regardless of what Kosovo thinks and does not esven want to know what Kosovo thinks since it did not give them the right to vote in Serbia's constitutional referendum.
