That really is disgraceful, that the politicians in Belgrade cant even handle this without Brussels telling them what to do. That government is a disgrace and is not representative of the Serbian people, especially not the Serbs in Kosovo who are in need of help.

When last time a beleaguered county like Israel did wait for answers from Brussels?
Serbs should rather ask Israelis what to do or even better, hire their experts.

ej Borko, the stamps cannot stamp the document by itself, there is a need for a custom officer to hold the stamp in its hand and stamp it on piece of paper. The stamp and the custom officer go hand in hand. One cannot function without the other.

1) Indian curryfish is far + more than a just a friendly pat on the shoulder you can't expect from them.
2) Sweet-sour fish is far + they think, neither Serbia nor Kosovo nor USA is cooked well yet, they would like to wait an other 30 years to swallow all of them.
3) Рыбная солянка is very good, except that the cook is 100% corrupt and 100% a sell-out. Plus they need time to raise again and much better political and military leaders. The extra problem: Serbs did not decide yet, do they fear more the fish burger as enemy or Рыбная солянка as a friend.

For me personallly no. I have been in Kosovo only once to be more specific one day visit. For me is a question of principle. Serbia wants to discuss north...without recognising Kosovo independence first. Secondly wants more rights for Kosovo Serbs than rights given to Albanians living in Presevo Bujanovc and Medvegja. The borders are those that have been estblished after the collapse of Yugoslavia. Serbia has got legitimate to care its minorities but the problem uses manipulation and produces INSTABILITY.
