Currently, do importers bringing goods into northern Kosovo have to pay customs duties? And if yes, does EULEX collect these duties and where does the money go? I am talking about the situation both before July 25th and since then. I know things might change tomorrow.

Hey anthropologist that is how it begins one two and three. As long as the money keeps flowing to Pristina from the gates. You can have the chest pounding.

LOL so EULEX calls the shots while Albanians stand around looking while saying they're in control to no one in particular. Looks like Thaci was right. Northern Kosovo will be just like the rest of Kosovo :)

We will see tomorrow, don't we. QUINT is in full support on the operation plan starting tomorrow, as well as NATO Chief Rasmusen.I wonder how many more factories will close in Serbia!
