I suppose it's hardly surprising that you fail to mention that Brammerz told the Belgrade government to stop lying about the Haradinaj case -

'Chief Prosecutor of the International Criminal Tribunal for the former Yugoslavia Serge Brammertz said Tuesday that no ICTY Prosecution witness summoned to testify in the case against Ramus Haradinaj was killed.

I think that there is a great confusion in the public which could prove detrimental. No prosecution witness who was either summoned to give a testimony in the Haradinaj case or is on the list of witnesses, was killed, Brammertz said at a joint press conference with Serbian President Boris Tadic'.

This guy needs to justify his job. He has nothing left to do but he wants the gravy train of the ICTY to continue (as do the judges, secretaries etc.) and continue getting his big paycheck. And i am sure he has the support of the bankrupt countries to keep making life miserable for ordinary Serbs.
