Let's put right and wrong aside for this moment and concentrate on why Mladic is in court and Clinton isn't.
Mladic is in The Hague to stand trial because he allegedly massacred 8000 muslim man and boys among other war crimes he has been charged with.
Clinton acted under a UN mandate in order to save the Albanian population in Kosovo from annihilation under the Milosevic regime.
Because of the existence of a court like the one in The Hague psychopaths and dictators who kill for power and money have very few places to hide.
