Kosovo is in Europe & Europe is a Christian bloc. Noone in Europe wants the muslims except Turkey. The culture is totally different and so is the business culture. Albanians won~t get anywhere in Europe.. Europeans are realising what the increasing populations of muslims are doing to their country. Growing in numbers & pushing for Sharia Law is evident & won~t last long. Serbia has and always will own Kosovo, whether you are in it or not.

No, Ivan, Albanians with guns backed by Eulex and KFOR are a big threat. Serbs have suffered many injustcies by Albanians in KiM, and want nothing to do with them.
(Winston, 9 September 2011 18:09)

the Serbian inhabitants of northern Kosovo are the ones who have always and will always rebel against living under Pristina's governance. To think of how much money and time they waste on trying to bring 98% of a population that wants nothing to do with them is beyond me.
(Englebert, 9 September 2011 12:03)

Winston and Englebert, while I fully support you, the problem is that we don’t have the KiM Serbs supporting us. Unfortunately they want to be part of Kosovo since they have not declared independence from Kosovo. We need to convince Kosovo Serbs that they should not be part of Kosovo and declare independence from Kosovo.

- If you had said "Albanians have suffered many injusticies by Serbs in Kosovo" then I would say that's a big understatement.
However, you didn't and your comment is laughable.

Wether much is made in kosovo, it is not the issue the issue is about fair commerce, serbian products, unil last month were smuggled in, resulting in cheaper prices, and me, as a consumer, i don't care wether this product is serbian or chinese, if it has the same quality at a cheaper price i buy it... the problem here is much greater, a roman saying states that the only sure things in life are taxes and death...either serbian products pay taxes, or they will be prohibited to enter kosovo territory ... and the taxes will be collected by kosovar authorities, and eulex will back up us on this issue, otherwise we will kick them out, the rosu team seems really angry because eulex was one of the reason one of their mates fell in duty, and one more breach between rosu and eulex, and their mission will fail...and Nato will take eulex authority and soon we will see tirana albanian policemen in the mission , RENEA team would be more than happy to serve there side by side to ROSU :) Eulex is failing, and EU will not be willing to spend money on a failing mission, either they follow Pristina orders or they call it a day...

Hasnt anyone told this guy that the days when Serbia could dictate to Prishtina who controls Kosovo borders are over. Like it or not Prishtina will eventually put under its control the entire north one away or another. The question is how to bring control with minimum impact on the local population. Rest assured that Kosovo flag will one day fly in the north of Kosovo. Not because Albanians and Serbs are so great but because the guys upstairs decided so. (Perfect example is the new Kosovo flag. Was it so desirable to Kosovars? The answer is No. However the guys upstairs decided so)

Funny request at this point, this guy is a minister and is not informed about the agreement on the customs stamps, which is already reached, now this minister wants to do another agreement about who is going to control the stamps, the thing about kosovo stamps is that they are not called kosovo stamps for nothing, meaning that they have to be controlled by kosovar authorities at least once, if serbia oposes such agreement, serbs should have thought before stenafovic signed, or at least he could requested that the stamps be called as 'EULEX stamps' or 'Kfor stamps'.... hope they do sth wrong here, the embargo seems to help kosovar economy lately, let's keep it this way...

Yes dear, i can explain you why the life south of Iber river, cannot be improved without placing under control the north of the river. First of all, south and north of the river, are in KOSOVO. 90% of trafficking, smuggling, and crimes are originated from the north of the river. The borders use to be all the time opened for everyone, and for everything, there was absolutely no control in that area, no police.
Your car could be stolen in the south and sold to the north, and there was nothing you could do. is this right???!!!
The imports from the north, didn't go through the customs, bringing into the market, goods cheaper than the domestic goods, and this my dear is damage caused to the Kosovo economy.
and honestly i don't want to waste more time , discussing or writing because based on experience they don't publish my comments.

The Kosovo Albanian obsession with the north is a tad bit ridiculous to an outsider. Instead of working to improve the abysmal conditions in the other 80 or so percent of Kosovo they whine about an area that is overwhelmingly populated by Serbs. As long as they follow their nationalist leaders rhetoric to divert attention away from corruption, unemployment, and lack of investment - Pristina does not have to get its own affairs in order.

I understand that this same diversionary tactic can be played by nationalist politicians in Serbia too - no doubt. The difference here is that the Serbian inhabitants of northern Kosovo are the ones who have always and will always rebel against living under Pristina's governance. To think of how much money and time they waste on trying to bring 98% of a population that wants nothing to do with them is beyond me. Couldn't that money and energy be spent on a host of other ventures to improve the lives of Kosovo Albanians in the south? Can someone please explain to me how Serbs in the north affect the life of average Kosovo Albanians south of the Ibar River???

Kosovo never will have to have the approval of Serbia for nothing. The Kosovo custom officers will be send to jarinje and Brnjak and there is nothiong you can do. If you use criminals to try to change somthing then this time we are prepared. When lives are lost primarly on the criminals side then you will have to answer for them.

Reamamber that Serbia cannot win against Kosovo. Kosovo has the right to control it's borders as it does with Macedonia, Montenegro and Albania. Serbia is no different from the others. Most EU countrys (important ones) and US recognize the borders of Kosovo. Northern Kosovo belongs to Kosovo despite what some criminals up there thinks. I don't see the local serb protest about somthing since they know they are in Kosovo.
