Serbia's Foreign Minister Vuk Jeremić said Tuesday Serbia had a reason to be proud of hosting a meeting of the Non-Aligned Movement (NAM).

Nice - Yugoslavia was expelled from this organization in 1992. Serbia isn't even a member, only an observer!
If Serbia has EU aspirations, why bother? They will eventually have to give up the pseudo non-aligned status when they join EU anyway.
It looks like a big PR show to me.
