The Montenegrin parliament postponed until Wednesday the debate on electoral law, which was scheduled for Tuesday.

I believe that Serbian is the mother tongue of Montenegro. I have no idea what Montenegren is. Is it the dialect that is spoken in CG that some officials are referring to? If that is the case, then there are many "Mother Tongues" across not only CG, but all the Balkans. What an embarrassment for Dukanovic, as he tries ever so harder to push his nose up the EU's butt.
