Since UNMIK has oficially turned over customs control to the Pristina authorities as outlined in Resolution 1244. It is Kfors mandate to provide security to Kosovo custom agents even if it means providing transportation to and rom the border gates. Only alternative is to close those 2 gates permanently.

Leave aside the vain speculations because yuo are becoming more and more ridiculous, why do not get such a moderate policy of Cedomir Jovanovic. We live in the new century and we need political science that provides welfare for all peoples of the world particulary stubborn in the Balkans states.

“Minister calls on KFOR to be neutral
Serbia’s Minister for Kosovo Goran Bodganović on Sunday called on KFOR to be status neutral.
Goran Bogdanović (Beta, file)The minister had a meeting with KFOR Commander Erhard Buhler on Sunday in Peć and stressed that KFOR should not transport Kosovo customs officers to administrative crossing in northern Kosovo.”
I'm not sure what the minister is speaking about.
According to Borislav Stefanović “The customs, the way it was defined by UNMIK constitutional framework and Resolution 1244, is not an attribute of statehood”

So KFOR can transport Kosovo customs officers and still remain status neutral because according to Borislav, customs is not an attribute of statehood
