Iran begins to produce nuclear power

I believe Russia is acting irresponsibly by aiding the Iranians towards nuclear power. It is all very well that Iran insists that nuclear power is their right but I feel uneasy with nuclear power in the hands of an unstable fundamentalist regime.
Is Russia acting in the interest of profit or in the interest of political one-up man ship on the west. The answer is both. So if one day when the shit hits the fan so to speak, will Russia face up to their irresponsible act and use the profit they made to clean up their mess? Probably not.
