No way as you still have refugees in Serbia 20 years after they were ethnically cleansed from Croatia and no major progress was made there and similar other situations over much greater time than 5-10 years so I don't think they will be resolved at all.
You really don't see progress over property rights and refugee situation as well as for crimes committed against Serbs in the region.
