Kosovo Albanians have no shame and no distinct culture. The only "cultural" qualities they possess are stealing other people's land and destroying other people's property and heritage. Maybe Albania should nominated them for UNESCO for those doubtful contributions to humanity.

There can be no Balkans without Kosovo. Even if Kosovo doesn't meet the UNESCO criteria it could have been invited to the meeting. There can be no peace talks if one of the parties is not invited...of course this is all smoke to blow up your own arse.
