Jeton was correct, and I am guessing he may live/have lived in an english speaking society. There are many tools, of which spanner (wrench for cousins across the pond) is one. A mild(ish)deprecating term for a user of said tool, mechanic/fitter etc is spanner w****r (simular movements and use of muscle). Over time the word w****r was/is used to describe more than an idiot, less offensive to the ear is 'Tool'.
Tool in the right hands can be useful, calling 'Thaci' one is insulting to the Tool family and most probably all w****r's :-))

You made some good and valid observations. The only problem is that you cannot expect certain individuals to understand that. If there would be a Serbian paramilitary group active in Kosovo to protect the Kosovo Serbs from the KLA successor the irony would be that Thaci and his fellow thugs plus their Western masters would immediately label them as terrorists and put sanctions on Serbia again and have NATO threat to bomb Belgrade again to halt the insurgency.

No dude you are worng. Did you read the second link that Gustav posted?? the one at which the head of UNIMIK was saying to Serbian minister of fiannce: we are the one that accept or not the new 'Kosovo customs', we accepted it and so should you, if not you are violating the CEFTA agreement.
The 'Kosovo customs' stamps were accapted by UNMIK/EULEX and refused by Serbia.
Serbia baned entry of Kosovar goods in Serbai an openly violated the CEFTA agreement (also mentioned by Ranieri's letter to the Serbina MoFinance) that had that stamp on their papers: 'Kosovo customs'. Serbia aplied the embargo on Kosova's goods since 2008.
Fron July 2011 Kosova is reciprocating. That's all.
Now since the dirty business has been opened Thaci says now I will push for more: I will ask the state coat to be accepted. If you are arrognat then be prepared to be treated with same courtesy and don't cry as a child.
Am i missing something here, the KLA attacked Police stations and and created unrest before Kosovo became a UN/EU?US puppet state. Now the Serbs in the North are having blockades, setting up there own institutions and don not except Albanian rule, so the same thing as before but in reverse. Now the former KLA terrorist is now crying foul. Maybe the Serbs should think about setting up paramilitary groups just like the KLA did.

If Kosovo Albanians want this clown to be their leader then they will certainly be doomed, but in the end that is what they deserve. Just leave the Serbs alone and accept some compromise that everybody can live with, let us part forever, and let Serbia with the Serbian parts of Kosovo have a more bright future free of Albanians, and let the former Kosovo Albanians and Albania go through the process that West and East Germany had to go through. So for once be not greedy, be realistic, be humble, and chose wisely. There is no way you people are going to have it all. The sooner you see that the sooner things can move on.

We must build a European model in relations between Kosovo and Serbia as well. And in that direction I think we should focus on both states becoming NATO and EU members as soon as possible and to live in a region without borders, a region of borders of a European model, which simply means a region without borders, with free movement of people and goods..
