Not possible, I’m afraid, and probably not necessary.
History teaches us that these types of beings finally permeate every level of society at precisely the time when that society starts to decline. They turn everything into a parody of itself because, although they have better primal instincts and abilities to copy, steal, hurt and lie without remorse than the rest of us, they are intellectually and emotionally very stupid.
They are the social equivalent of free radicals which, once they overwhelm a living organism, destroy themselves along with the host.
Why not bomb Syria first? Libya was a 3rd rate pushover militarily providing for an easy "victory."
Syria provides a completely different scenario, an adversary that can hit back, and hit back hard. Bomb Iran?
