Just like Milosevic never killed anyone in person, but only ordered it and/or didn't do anything to prevent war crimes, for example in Bosnia?

The day when I read the headline here on B92 'Thaci arrested by EULEX' I will celebrate with a nice bottle of finest French champagne and say a toast on a better Kosovo. Will this day ever come?

The chances of that are slim to none. Marty has since said he did not accuse Thaci directly of any crimes but that he probably knew they were happening. He did not link Thaci to the organ harvesting but only to the connections with organized crime.
That is not a war crime.
You may see some speculation as to Thaci's guilt by association but nothing prosecutable. In other words when all is done you will have the Serbs convinced he is guilty of everything, Albanians thinking he is innocent, and the rest of the world saying maybe yes, maybe no.

How are you mate? Can you stop putting words in my mouth please? Who said I take this matter so lightly? Seriously mate read again what I said. Clearly I said if there is evidence punish them whoever did it. And stop talking like you have the evidence wait for the international community to do there job.

Mendo, would you take this matter so lightly if some one ripped vital organs out of one of your family members? I understand that this matter puts the KLA and Albanian leadership in a poor light, but let's have a little compassion for innocent civilians that unfortunately got caught up in the evil conflict in Kosovo in the '90's. Albanians here cry for their own victims of war, but want to gloss over investigations when it concerns Serb victims - how will that create lasting resolutions, and continue the healing process?

May the kidneys of murdered Serbs be thaci`s last wish for meal-and may one of the arabs he sold it too, give it back as a favor for a last wish.
