"Govt. will do its best to stabilize situation in N. Kosovo"

Serbian Minister for Kosovo Goran Bogdanović stated on Saturday that the Serbian government would do its best to normalize the situation in northern Kosovo.

“We want to solve problems through dialogue,” Bogdanovic said.

Can't help but think that the problem of Jarinje was "solved" through fire. So what you "want" and what actually happens are totally different things. Reality does not follow your will. Usually this happens when one does not want things strongly enough. At which point, if other parties are involved and interested in what you want, the other parties try to motivate you. So that you act upon your environment to bend it to your will. Which, as you say, is "to solve things through dialogue".
