“Atmosphere ahead of gay parade better than previous years”

Every public gathering has certain security risks, the football derby is risky too but nobody is even thinking about banning it, Pride Parade organizers say.

You still dont understand my point Danilo, I mean come on are you really finding it that hard. I am against their cause, and that their march will lead on to bigger things. If you still dont understand then thats your problem.

"If its so little and insignificant why are you so in favour of it"

I didn't say it's little and insignificant.

Human rights (the right to gather, the right to be public with your concerns) are the most important thing in any modern society.

It is very important.

What I did say, you'll notice, is that 500 people walking around a block is nothing to get your panties in a knot over, as you are doing tighter and tighter. If you don't much care for the march, then don't go. I don't really care much for, say, when the railway workers gather to make a point. I neither attend their rally nor do I complain about that they divert traffic for an hour. I do, however, think they should be able to gather without people throwing rocks at them.

I do also believe that gays were born that way, but that is no excuse to normalize it. Next comes the recognition of gay marriage being equal to marriage between a man and a woman, which is ludicrous and also a huge defying of the cultural importance of marriage. Then theres gay adoption which is the worst of them all, the affects on a heterosexual child being brought up by two fathers or two mothers are extremely harmful, causing a huge amount of confusion for the child, potentially persuading that child to a homosexual lifestyle even though not born that way. And also the potential danger (as is now a reality in the UK) of teaching children that homosexual relationships are the same and as normal as heterosexual relationships, despite the fact that this is simply untrue biologically, this too can damage the mind of a child. So that is why I have a problem with the gay community slowly pushing for such things in Serbia, I hope ive answered your question I dont need to make myself any clearer.

Given some time, people get used to almost everything life throws at them. Even ccccrazy football fans. It is going to get more momentum and get better every year, hopefully to the point where there will be no need for this as a protest and it will turn just into an occasion for a big street party.

SCP UK it is not gays that march around the city is it? Not all who march are gay and not all gays march.

You seem to be a little too fixated upon this subject. Is this such an issue of vital importance to you?

Do you really believe that allowing these marches will turn more people gay? Be honest about this point because I sense you do believe this. If so then you must believe that being gay is a choice or lifestyle.

I don't, I think that the large majority of people who are gay are born that way. Personally I feel bad for them, there is a lot of hatred about.

What I disagree with Stefan is homosexuals pressing their way of life onto Serbian society. Pressurising them to accept the gay way of life. And what I am also strongly against is gays marrying and especially gay adoption and them pressuring their selfish ways to be implemented into law, it is massively irresponsible of any state which allows such things by law.

I find it quite funny actually, I mean in London im even at risk of ending up in court just for expressing my views about them. I dont want to beat them up, but the point is these gays are cowards. They are intent on having this parade, yet will anger people, but when these angry people come to face them they run and cry.

One thing I dont understand though, is that if the gays want to be respected and viewed as normal human beings, then why parade their difference? This is the stupidity of that community, as much as I disagree with homosexuality and its artificail implementation into culture and law, gay people would gain far more respect if they kept their sexuality to themselves just like heterosexual people do. Its disgusting and pathetic that they try to have themselves recgonised by parading in perverted costumes and quite frankly exaggerate their homosexaulity, which only causes those who dislike gays, to dislike or hate them even more so.

We're talking here, SCP UK, about around 500 people walking 1 block. Let's not loose sight of that.

That is not a problem. 500 people gather and walk around the block to draw attention to their concerns every week in Belgrade.

when, for a particular group, 5000 police are required to protect from a gang of 5000 violent thugs bent on harm and destruction, THAT is the problem, not the 500 people walking peacefully around one block.

SCP UK is so right. As the Qu'ran says:

@Danilo, temper tantrums? The only tantrums come from the gays who winge and whine all day about their stupid, pathetic and sick parade. The gays are even too stupid to recognise that politicians are only using them as a bargaining tool for the EU, just to please the EU. I wouldnt be surprised if most of the politicians in the government are actually against this disgrace, but have been silenced with money and God knows what. At least Dragan Markovic was honest in his beliefs. No proper parade takes place like it does in Serbia anyway, with thousands of riot police having to protect it, this is proof that its all a joke, and that the opinion of the Serbian people in general is against this awful show. A gay pride parade in Serbia will only be recognised when it operates peacefully like it does in sick places like London. Angry people will once again be out in the streets, and I understand why!
