Even more stupid are the governments of the EU and my United States who keep pumping money into your corrupt and incompetent government of "Kosova" with the only return on our investment (hopefully) is that you stay in your hole rather than immigrate to our countries.
(DB, 28 August 2011 16:47)

They have a net benefit; it's true they are pouring X dollars in Kosovo, but they are saving Y dollars by recognizing Kosovo's UDI and not having to keep tens of thousands of soldiers in Kosovo. Obviously they have done the math and apparently Y-X is larger than 0. If it were not, they would not have recognized Kosovo's UDI but would have forced Kosovo to re-integrate with Serbia. It's all economics my friend... there are no friends for Kosovo or for Serbia.

Ataman reported:

The intense opposition to the deployment of Russian troops in Orahovac was manifested yesterday when some 1,500 ethnic Albanians gathered in the city's center to protest the impending arrival of the Russians. Amid chants of "NATO yes, Russians no," speakers at the rally announced that demonstrations this week would aim at blocking the three main access roads to Orahovac by which the Russian troops might arrive. The speakers urged people with tractors, cars and buses to block off the roads (AP, August 22)."

Ataman:

You, conveniently, omitted an important fact, namely, the Serb's allies, the Russians had committed atrocities in Kosova during the 1999 war. How do you expect the Albanians to allow the Serb's homeboys to pretend to be impartial after the war crimes they were involved in. It's like letting the fox guard the chicken coop. In any event, the Russians were not apart of Kfor but under American command and were only permitted to clean the latrines at Bondsteel. They left Kosova rather prematurely due to lack of Russian funding. So much for being true allies to the Serbs.

Was an interesting article, my question, how many Russian contingents are part of Kfor today???
With the strong backing Serbia has from Russia it must be significant!
(hmm, 28 August 2011 14:12)

As usual Serbia is more concerned about fantasy than reality. Russia supports Serbia with words, since words cost nothing. When it comes to real things (like keeping Russian soldiers as part of KFOR) Russia leaves Serbia to its own because those cost money and Russia (ot others) are not stupid to spend money on Serbia's lost battles.

Just found an interesting document:

http://www.jamestown.org/single/?no_cache=1&tx_ttnews%5Btt_news%5D=12024&tx_ttnews%5BbackPid%5D=213

As they write:

So.... Albanians blocked the roads with tractors, cars and busses to prevent KFOR moving. Because the KFOR units had mighty 200 Russian troops. There even wasn't any political agenda behind that KFOR deployment.

Stop the hypocrisy, this is ridiculous - Albanians are no better, except that they had Dardania for at least 4 million years in the row and the first monkey who climbed down the tree was of course a Dardanian monkey.

Really childish.

I mean seriously. It is no secret that since their 'independence' Kosovo has become a safe heaven for Drug, human and weapon smugglers around Europe, which is no surprise seeing that Kosovo albanians run these sick activities. Even in London where I live the albanians are well known for their guilt in human and drug trafficking. And in your beloved Kosovo your people do as they wish, and PEN's comment is absolutely correct. Kosovo was once a beautiful land, now its a dangerous hell hole. Bravo to the Serbs for setting up more barricades. They need to take matters into their own hands, because Tadic's yellows have shown that they certainly will not defend their interests. Demi and ben, do you really believe the rubbish you spout. The list of crimes committed against Serbs post 1999 is endless. Nobody, repeat nobody, has ever faced justice for that. And yet amazingly the perpetrator here has already been identified, and faces arrest by your friends EULEX. Yes, you're right, nobody's above the law. So does that include your chief Mr. Thaci? Or your thugs in uniform the KPS, who go around beating up old men. Let's face it, some Albanians are a bunch of intolerant rascists who would kick every last Serb out if they had your way. Serbs are NOT above the LAW.
(ben, 27 August 2011 12:01)
Albanians don't make laws for Serbs. If Serbs don't recognize Albanian Kosovo, their police and laws are meaningless. Regarding the murder of the police officer, Serbs will have to arrest the suspect and send him to trial. However, it would be nice if Albanians for once would believe that the laws apply to them too. However, apparently for some Albanians murder is not a crime that is severely punishable. Moreover, if the murder is of a Serb or Roma, the murder is celebrated. Wonderful culture you have there,...not.

Was an interesting article, my question, how many Russian contingents are part of Kfor today???
With the strong backing Serbia has from Russia it must be significant!

Just found an interesting document:

http://www.jamestown.org/single/?no_cache=1&tx_ttnews%5Btt_news%5D=12024&tx_ttnews%5BbackPid%5D=213

As they write:

"The intense opposition to the deployment of Russian troops in Orahovac was manifested yesterday when some 1,500 ethnic Albanians gathered in the city's center to protest the impending arrival of the Russians. Amid chants of "NATO yes, Russians no," speakers at the rally announced that demonstrations this week would aim at blocking the three main access roads to Orahovac by which the Russian troops might arrive. The speakers urged people with tractors, cars and buses to block off the roads (AP, August 22)."

Even more stupid are the governments of the EU and my United States who keep pumping money into your corrupt and incompetent government of "Kosova" with the only return on our investment (hopefully) is that you stay in your hole rather than immigrate to our countries.

double round for all Serbia's neighbors !!!

If you had a shot of rakija, you would be happy and love life and prosperity and everybody, especially those that made the rakija.
Maybe you had a shot of pelinkovac, stranger.
