"For all their hard work and coordination, there's nothing they can do with the albanian controlled parts of Kosovo."

They don't do anything because the powers that be want this extra income from the drugs for their thugs and the statelet.
Since U.S. invasion and occupation in Afghanistan the poppy fields are thriving again and drug production is booming. They want to keep it going strong.

Afghan politicians/drug lords, Kosovo Albanian politicians/maffia, and NATO top brass had and have a "gentlemen's" agreement to produce, transport, and distribute drugs to destroy the lives of many innocent young people in Europe and elsewhere.

Poor old EUROPOL. For all their hard work and coordination, there's nothing they can do with the albanian controlled parts of Kosovo. EULEX/KFOR/NATO don't do drugs except for private use. Like Djukanovic, Thaci has criminal and political immunity immunity bestowed upon him by states that publicly preach 'rule of law' and 'european values'. Don't rock the boat eh? Make like Tito and pay them off.
