Witness Shefqet Kabashi accused the Hague Tribunal, that up to now it has done nothing to shed light on the Serbian crimes committed in Kosovo, mentioning the massacre committed by the Serbs in the Dubravë prison, in 1999.
"You have done nothing regarding Serbia's crimes. 200 people were murdered in the Dubravë prison... and nothing has been done regarding this", said Kabashi to the prosecutor.

Perhaps he understands the error of his ways. After all, serbs have been trying convince the world that albanian crimes equal the horrible serb crimes. And the people who led the albanian resistance were nothing but criminals.
The fact of the matter is that when regular serb troops were shelling and burning albanian villages, it was the tougher and rougher albanians who by necessity fought back first and led the resistance. An equality sign cannot be placed between state organized serb massacres and the albanian resistance.
Innocent until proven guilty. Oh wait he was proven innocent. This witness is obviously emotionally unstable, that or he doesn't feel ready for the defense attorney poking wholes in his story and expecting explanations.
The facts are these, Haridinaj killed armed Serbian militia, following international rules of engagement. If they can prove otherwise, do so, otherwise move on.
