Defense minister: No indication of instability in south

Serbian Defense Minister Dragan Šutanovac said on Monday that there was "no indication of instability in south Serbia".

Šutanovac said that considering "the fact that Kosovo and Metohija is part of Serbia...". He is really taking a piss....with Serbian intelligence... of course))

Why do they apoint such a one as Defensminister ?

Are the Sebian Military intelligenses idiots,
God forbid,
or do they nor report to the Defenseminister,
