Same thing: they want to prove what can't be proven. And set up ridiculous theories about ethnic origin - to justify simple land theft.
As for people I not only have zero problem - so far I did not see a single Romanian whom I did not like.

The big difference between Albanians and Romanians: to the people I met I can say straight what I think about Daco-Roman rubbish. They can take it and do not regard as personal insult.
(Ataman, 19 August 2011 12:44)

You are fully correct... The only thing that it is a fact proven by science is that the first form of life in Kosovo (and in the whole Earth) was bacteria hundreds of millions of years ago. Then other forms of life stole bacteria's Kosovo land over the years until arriving at the current thiefs, i.e. the Albanians.

good point, Peggy! a lot of russian women are playing in the "premier league" of the model-biz, while as far as I can remember it, there is not much left of the glorious, and of course breathtakingly looking "ill-yrian" women..

there is just one single more or less attractive albanian woman in the film-industry, Eliza Dushku, and she´s more of a b-movie actress ( rather low-level horror-movies like "wrong turn" for example )

so, the bottom-line is: as soon as an Albanian starts writing about unwanted russian tourists, it gets just funny.

thank god the Russians are known for being tourists and not for primitive clan-connections and drug/ or what is even worse, organ-trafficking!

there are others in Europe, who are being connected with these horrible crimes.

and now, finally, to Mr.Pacolli and his alleged "success", isn´t it amusing for you Albanians, that these "recognitions" seem to be always announced to come from small island-states that are under US-influence? I mean, don´t you see a pattern here? or do you really believe in the "genius" of this albanian businessman?

I can only repeat what I have written a few times here: the number of little statelets is limited, and it rather looks like those were influenced long before, and only come forward with their socalled "recognitions" from time to time, when they get the order to do so. so, keep cool, kids! they are acting "as if" - but in reality it is very likely that all this is simply orchestrated and only good to caress the albanian soul and make it look as if there were some "new" recognitions achieved, ...if that is not only believed by naive k-albanian kiddies at all.

now I wish you all a nice weekend, my dear k-albanian friends. perhaps you can inform about your "hero" in the Hague... you know this simple guy, nightclub-bouncer and criminal who is currently spending some time behind bars...

that would be interesting to see what those witnesses are saying, those who he was not able to kill before testifying.

as I said, have a nice weekend...
=)

(Bloody Mary, 18 August 2011 19:22)

Hey, Bloody Mary - the grapes are sour in Rahoveci valley lately - or you did not learn from Serbs how to make a good Vranac?

Here is the list: Germany, Italy, France, Croatia, Greece, Cyprus, Spain, China, Belarus, Ukraine, Georgia (yes, Georgia). And of course Bulgaria where everything is named after "tsar, who gave us freedom". And of course Armenia.

Georgia is one of the "worst" from the point of view that once a Russian tourist is singled out - he is often INVTED to stay with locals FOR FREE. I am not kidding.

From my own experience: Germany, Italy, France, Croatia, Greece, Belgium/NL, Slovakia, Czech Republic... and even Poland - which only 30 years ago used to be a less welcoming place. Many times if I check in and see the somewhat cold face of the hotel employer looking at my American passport I just point out that I wasn't born in the States (according the passport).

So that also means, Americans did screw up quite a bit to lose so much popularity.

I think, the least welcoming place for Russians is not even Kosovo - that goes to Romania. What is funny because precisely Romanians had the least Russian/Soviet influence. But it seems, getting Transylvania for free is not enough, they need Moldova, Beijing and Jakarta, too.

Wait, aren't Romanians your closest kin somehow? So much similarity... that Daco-Romanian madness is the twin of Albano-Illyrian one.

African countries were holding off on recognizing Kosovo until the South Sudan vote on independence because they didn't want to be seen to be actively encouraging secession. Now that South Sudan is independent and a member of the UN, they can act on Kosovo without looking like they're interfering in another African country's internal affairs.

It only takes a simple majority of the General Assembly (193/2 + 1) to gain observer status, which would give Kosovo a better base from which to argue for full membership. (And no more objections from Jeremic about "why are those people here?!") As for those SC vetoes, China's judge left the ICJ proceedings without voting or writing a separate opinion - I don't think you can rely on more than an abstention from them. (It hasn't been their style in the past to use their veto, anyway. And they'll hold onto Taiwan and Tibet regardless of what happens with Kosovo.) And Russia already has NIS.

Lets be practical here. If it costs Russia US$50 Million to get Nauru to recognise Abkhazia and South Ossetia, how much will it have cost to get Benin, Niger and Guinea to recognise Kosovo? It'd be in the billions to get these three to recognise. Who is paying for it? Pacolli only has a few billion himself so he can't afford this. And please show me one place in the world where Russians are welcome (except for Serbia of course). Once a hotel in Turkey is known for harboring Russian tourists every other guest will avoid it.

So much similarity... that Daco-Romanian madness is the twin of Albano-Illyrian one.

good point, Peggy! a lot of russian women are playing in the "premier league" of the model-biz, while as far as I can remember it, there is not much left of the glorious, and of course breathtakingly looking "ill-yrian" women..

there is just one single more or less attractive albanian woman in the film-industry, Eliza Dushku, and she´s more of a b-movie actress ( rather low-level horror-movies like "wrong turn" for example )

so, the bottom-line is: as soon as an Albanian starts writing about unwanted russian tourists, it gets just funny.

thank god the Russians are known for being tourists and not for primitive clan-connections and drug/ or what is even worse, organ-trafficking!

there are others in Europe, who are being connected with these horrible crimes.

and now, finally, to Mr.Pacolli and his alleged "success", isn´t it amusing for you Albanians, that these "recognitions" seem to be always announced to come from small island-states that are under US-influence?

Albanians being welcome in these countries sounds like a joke. You can maybe tell that joke to an average American who never was in the area. Just sit on any train and bus... and listen to S***R jokes in Croatia.

Interestingly, Croats seem to be less tolerant to the fact, Albanians have all the bakeries in Croatia than Serbs or Hungarians for the same. So you should rather mention Serbia or Hungary where you are more welcome.

in every country in the world welcomed tourist are the reacheast ones. Same was with you in Kosova.

And for those who claim for these recognitions to be a result of bribery, good job Kosova! If Serbia can't secure "few million" dollars to protect its "Jerusalem", then what else can Serbia do? Either way this is very encouraging.

The West is low on cash right now there they can't afford this either. Who is paying for these recognitions?

Just face it, these recognitions are down to successful lobbying and the gradual acceptance of Kosovo's independence.

My opinion about all this "recognition" circus is completely different and quite unusual. For the better part it is just that - a circus for the sheep. Sheep is pleased. Fine. I am pleased to a certain degree, too.
