sj,
You prove one point. You can take the boy out of communisism but you can never erase the years of communist propaganda from his head. I truly wonder if you really believe what you write? Sad if the answer is yes.

Dear Iznogoud,
Thank you for proving my point. Keep them coming. Nothing like posting childish drivel. Too bad you and your compatriots don't see it...

Dear Tomislav,
you are welcome! And I must admit that I admire the elegance, the eloquence and especially the style you have used to prove me wrong! Ok, you have forgotten that small detail, but except for that: Great work!

What has happened to "Kosovo je Srbija"? IF Kosovo was Serbia, its inhabitants would be Serbian citizens, wouldn't they? And now you want to deny them the right to express their opinion on a site published in their beloved country? Where have I heard that one before?

The only reason its the No1 in civilian aircraft export is because it has removed all other competition and not because its superior equipment. The only so called competitor is the European Air industries. Have a good look at the cover up involving Boeing and some of its poorly manufactured aircraft – very interesting reading. Terminology like “badly manufactured parts” “poor quality control from the ground up”.
(sj, 18 August 2011 00:18)

If Boeing produces poorly manufactured aircraft, how did it manage to remove all their competition ? Probably because that competition produced even poorer aircraft. And how comes the world economic miracles or powers like China cannot compete with Boeing. I thought China was the future !

On the issue of military equipment, well we can all see just how good that is in Iraq and Afghanistan. On the issue of the recently crashed “stealth helicopter” in Pakistan and the fear the Chinese might have gained access to it, let me say that it’s a heap of scrap metal sold to the US military as cutting edge technology. Reminds me of the emperor with no cloths.
(sj, 18 August 2011 00:18)

You must be happy than that the US has a large fleet of those “scrap metal” helicopters. US is happy too, so everybody is happy.

Also the US is moving out of the South China seas and relocating its base in Darwin Australia by early 2012.
(sj, 18 August 2011 00:18)

Assuming it’s so, good for the US if the base in Australia is cheaper. Every country should do that; i.e. finding more cost-effective solutions. Their taxpayers should be happy.

On the issue of the US exporting to China, what does the US export to China? I think you will find that most of the stuff described as “exports’ is actually company’s owned by the Chinese government shipping material back home. On the issue of balancing trade with China, that is not going to happen as the horse has bolted and its too late to shut the gate.
(sj, 18 August 2011 00:18)

It depends on the currency and the gate can be shut at any time. If, say, the Chinese yuan appreciates over a certain threshold nobody will buy Chinese goods. Remember that buyers make decisions based on costs, not on politics or emotions.

Let me get this through your head that it is the US government’s long-term plan to reduce the cost of labor in the US to compete with the Asian tigers so your living standards will drop dramatically. They have to if only to simply survive.
(sj, 18 August 2011 00:18)

Labor should be moved to where it is cheaper. Both countries, the one importing labor and the one exporting it benefit in the long term. That’s Economics 101. Americans should hope that politicians in the US don’t hear people like you and start designing programs to keep expensive labor in the US when it can be done cheaper in China. That will be economically inefficient and the ruin of the US economy if they force companies to produce with expensive labor in the US.

Welcome to the new world order, but it is not the US or EU that is on top.
(sj, 18 August 2011 00:18)

And who is on the top ? The poor ones (like Albania or China) who’s citizens earn, on average, 1/6 of the US ?! I personally would not like to be on the top just for having the label “top”. I’d rather prefer to live better.

Oh the next financial tremor is expected before the end of this year and there is a fear amongst your US economists that it will be extremely damaging to your economy.
(sj, 18 August 2011 00:18)

I think for the damage you were referring to China because a slowdown will really hurt export-focused countries like China because nobody will buy their goods and China’s impoverished citizens demand cannot handle the supply of China’s goods.

I would not listen to Chinese press about demanding the US take control of its debt – its called crocodile tears. They don’t care.
(sj, 18 August 2011 00:18)

Really ?! Of course it’s not your money so it’s easy for you to say that China will not care about its savings accumulated in decades of hard work. Dude, economy and finance does not work based on passions. China would sell Serbia, Taiwan, Tibet, its socialism or communism (that probably has been sold already) and its soul for its money. The world does not work based on dogma or memories of 600-year-old battles, otherwise they’ll have the fate of Serbia.

Let me get this through your American heads once and for all; the Chinese Government does not have forced labor. Working in factories pays 100 times more than working in the fields. Why are you people so brainwashed with this crap about freedom etc? You don’t have that in the US nor do you have democracy. Don't you just love the informed!
Serbia's total exports is 9.8 billion dollars, the US exports more than that in wheat alone.
The number 1 export is civilian aircraft at 64 billion a year.
As a matter of fact US exports to China alone is more that 7 times Serbias total exports.
US total exports totals 1.29 trillion dollars.
http://www.worldsrichestcountries.com/top_us_exports.html
The US needs to balance the export balance between it and China but that is difficult as forced labor for pennies a day is still prevalent in China.

This is becoming comical. Yeah, I'm sure Albanians in Kosovo are producing "stuff." Maybe the illegal "stuff." Do you guys realize if the embargo continues for a long time your people will not have "stuff." Oh I forgot, like Dam said, "Our Emblem needs to be displayed." It's the "cause" that matters. So if people have no jobs, no future, lack basic supplies/utilities (how are those blackouts going?) it doesn't matter as long as you're "free" and displaying "stuff" that will make you a bonafide country. Keep making me laugh Albanians, maybe someone out there will notice to invest, woops, no one is doing that either. But hey, someone might notice on a Serbian website. Let me tell you something straight from an educated and well-to-do Serb in the States, trolling on a site with people that already have a set image of you is an utter waste of time and effort. ZagorTenej, may I suggest even better solution. All Kosovo residents who want everything Serbian should move to Serbia, and the ones who want everything Albanian should move to Albania. I guess not many residents would stay in Kosovo, couple thousand minorities maybe and couple thousand internationals who could all go home very soon.

I've always noticed how powerless people speak with big voices. All this BS you and your Albanian fellows keep on spouting is nothing but meaningless rhetoric. Neither Albania, nor Kosovo run by Albanians, produces anything of substance. Yet you stand up and shout as if you are Americans. We in the US produce a lot. Note: to be an American you have to be born and raised here, like me, where you may have some affection for your cultural heritage but that's it. Once your people start producing something substantial, you can pound your chests with pride. Until then, stop pretending. Worse, you pretend that other countries, like China with its many thousands year old culture, are somehow nothing. That's pathetic, bizarre, and just plain dumb. Grow up!
(Daniel, 17 August 2011 12:27)
You should have left the part about being an American out of the whole conversation. Now everyone knows that your whole comment is nothing but babble.
A person does not have to be born in the US to be a citizen, they can be born on foreign soil to US citizens and still be a US citizen. Thus all the 50 yr old men who find the 20 yr Serbian girl to marry and have a baby that baby is a US citizen, same for US personnel marrying Albanian girls. Whether that child ever comes to the US or not is irrelevant.
Also foreign nationals who have established residency in the US can apply for US citizenship.
Talk about BS. Had you actually been "raised" here you should have learned that in your 7th grade Civics class.

For your information Oliver what weight do those remaining Serbs ‘who chose to vote’ have when voting in an Albanian dominated Kosova. I’ll tell you NIL.

Insignificant.

Incidentally where are those who were claiming that the whole of KOSOVO IS SERBIA? Anyone know?

What has happened to "Kosovo je Srbija"? IF Kosovo was Serbia, its inhabitants would be Serbian citizens, wouldn't they? And now you want to deny them the right to express their opinion on a site published in their beloved country? Where have I heard that one before?

Serbia would not like a lot of things. I hope they don't agree so this embargo stays on. Kosova products are increasing production and so are the ones from Albania.

Of course Serbia is not going anywhere near EU this way
(Dam, 17 August 2011 11:31)

Grow up!

Apart from BS what else do the Albanians produce in Kosovo? On the question of Albania what does it produce except for people to export to the EU.

He forgot to mention Serbian 'air' as a request, which no joke, Serbs did ask for in the hospitals in the north, as the oxygen bottles which Kosovo goeverment suplies to hospitals, was not good enough! Ooo well,

May i suggest they ALL move out of Kosova, to Serbia, where all the requersted is easily provided!

OR, if Serbs do want to stay in Kosova, at least aknwoledge the Kosovan Air, oopps sorry it is Serbian air, because Kosova is Serbia!

Well it is not! Not even according to 1244.

Beyond belief.

p.s. Oli just ask, it will not be provided, also did you read your file gathered by NATO inteligence?

Kosovo lost to Albania

pre 12 godina

Oliver Ivanovic “We are ready to take part in the elections in Kosovo and to be represented in Pristina’s parliament.”

The amount of Serbs remaining in Kosovo is diminishing by the day.

Tomislav USA

If anything, you've given us Serbs on B92 a great laugh MANY, MANY, MANY, MANY times. So keep them coming...

Dan, you clearly don't know much about America. Apart from what others have already pointed out (U.S. Citizenship) I might add that nearly nothing is produced in America. I would say only maybe 5% of things you will use today was actually made in the states. If you would have known this you might have also predicted that the economy is going in the sh*thole.

@Oli,
how abou no? Kosovo's interest is to display our emblem, have all persons pay custom duties at the borders, and control our own affairs....those are our constitutional "red lines".

ZagorTenej, may I suggest even better solution. All Kosovo residents who want everything Serbian should move to Serbia, and the ones who want everything Albanian should move to Albania.

(pss, 17 August 2011 18:32)

Yes I certainly do love the informed, but it is clearly the case that you are not in that category.

There is no comparing Serbia and the US for many reasons. But lets look at your US and see what is the real situation.

Also the US is moving out of the South China seas and relocating its base in Darwin Australia by early 2012.

Let me get this through your American heads once and for all; the Chinese Government does not have forced labor. Working in factories pays 100 times more than working in the fields. Why are you people so brainwashed with this crap about freedom etc? You don’t have that in the US nor do you have democracy. The only reason you talk about both is because they keep yelling it out day in day out on the media and you people repeat the same like parrots.

Let me get this through your head that it is the US government’s long-term plan to reduce the cost of labor in the US to compete with the Asian tigers so your living standards will drop dramatically. They have to if only to simply survive.

Welcome to the new world order, but it is not the US or EU that is on top.

Oh the next financial tremor is expected before the end of this year and there is a fear amongst your US economists that it will be extremely damaging to your economy.

I would not listen to Chinese press about demanding the US take control of its debt – its called crocodile tears. They don’t care.

(sj, 18 August 2011 00:18)
