The "-23" is strongly deserved because I did not even notice, the ZIP code in question has only four digits and the "Skiptar Grove" in question is in Australia, not in the States. Not a big difference of distances compared with Andromeda tough. And besides, it makes the Dardanian Empire even bigger, there is quite more miles to Australia than to Washington State.

They won't withdraw, to the contrary - space aliens will recognize Great Dardanian Republic of Kosova, too - because even Andromeda used to be Dardania.
That's what happens if someone has no written history before 13th century - but want to claim to have one since 3000 BC.
For a while Albanians and Romanians did fixate on history re-writing in the area. Newly of course Macedonians went the same way and I won't be surprised if the official Montenegrin stance will claim, the first majmun who climbed down the tree was a Montenegrin majmun, not Serbian one. And of course he was the direct ancestor of Milo Djukanovic.
