You know that Pacolli proudly announcee that he was responisible for some recognitions, even before he became 'politician' in Pristina? Rememeber? And you think a normal person/businessman can influence states to recognize Kosovo without bribing some corrupt politicians? And no, I don't mean Tunisia (only an announced recognition), but more the latest real recognitions by tropical islands states and African kingdoms from some months ago. Of course Pacolli is not rich enough to bribe Belarus or other serious big states, that's obvious.

Yes Pacolli was responsible for recognitions before he entered Kosovo's cabinet. However he was a member of the Kosovo Assembly and the leader of an position party before hand therefore he was a politician. You don't have to be a politician to lobby. There are loads of lobby groups all over the world made up of civilians. If lobby groups weren't successful they wouldn't exist in the first place. Also countries don't have to be bribed to recognise Kosovo. They can be asked and sometimes they say yes will do that. It's called lobbying.

No, Pacolli is a person who has enough own money to 'lobby' (= buy) new recognitions, preferably from corrupt African states. That's the only reason and qualification needed for becoming deputy PM in Kosovo.

Lets put things into perspective. It cost Russia US$50 Million to buy Nauru's recognition of Abkhazia and South Ossetia. How much money do you think it will cost Pacolli to buy the recognition of Guinea, Tunisia and Mali if tiny tiny tiny Nauru costs US$50 Million? Pacolli may be rich, but he isn't that rich. How about all these other recognitions Pacolli has achieved? Did he buy them too? With what you're saying he can't possibly have much money left. Russia was offering corrupt Belarus US£500 Million and Belarus said no. How much will Belarus cost? Pacolli only has a few billion US Dollars. He can't possibly afford to 'buy' all these recognitions which you are claiming. So analyst, how about you analyse the amount of money Pacolli has and see if he can afford to buy recognitions at this rate. I think you're conclusion will be that Pacolli is not as rich as you're making out and he cannot afford to buy recognitions.

would not dismiss Pacolli. 77 countries have recognised Kosova and he had a lot to do with that.

Yeah, but he is putting good money in a failed project.

K. Albanians lobby for new recognitions-

I think they are giving their new "serbs as the muslim peoples organ harvesters for profit"movie a whirl in order to muster up sympathy and bewilder more intelligent people.

During his visit to Tanzania Pacolli had a meeting with Islamist Renaissance Party founder Rashid al-Ghannushi, who “guaranteed Tanzania would recognize Kosovo if his party won the elections”.

LOL...using the old recipe "you give us a vote we will give you a state"...and what a hell is "Islamist Renaissance Party" it sounds like medieval and renaissance themes parties, including clothes and costumes, party decorations...
