"Tensions could speed up Kosovo negotiations"

Goran Bogdanovoić says tensions in the northern part of the province will not jeopardize the previously started dialogue between Belgrade and Priština.

Hmmmm...Serbs killed a cop and burned the border crossings. it didn't pay.

All Kosova got to do is hold off don't agree to anything less than FULL reciprocity.

It is unclear whether Pristina will keep its part of the id recognition agreement. They may make problems when it comes to recognizing Serbian electricity and telecom providers in the North.

I foresee tough negotiations and Pristina will certainly consider another power grab as an alternative for doing concessions that provoke protests at home. The last one was quite successful. Violence pays.
